Great Rotisserie and I am enjoying it but looks like Amazon stock is a older version. The Vevor 56 Inch Rotisserie Grill was purchased through Amazon and the only problem I am having is with the way the motor support plate is screwed directly to the frame support. Once installed it makes it impossible to remove the spit rod from the motor unless you unscrew everything each time. Seems like this is an older outdated version of this grill that Amazon is selling. When I downloaded your manual for this grill from your Vevor website it shows a different method to attach the motor mounting plate using slotted holes on the frame supports. This will allow the motor and mounting plate to be lifted up to accommodate removal of the spit rod. I have requested Vevor to send me the updated left and right frame supports that are slotted so I can correct this problem. SEE ATTACHED PICTURES.

i received order very quick however i could not finish assembling because of missing important big parts and screws. I emailed the manufacturer but have not received any response. I dont want to return the item i just want the missing parts be send.

The quality is fair at best. It came with damage. And the doors dont close properly. Not a good value for the money. Design is ok.

This product functions and looks as advertised, and as an experienced outdoor cook, I can make the needed adjustments in order for food to come out good -- HOWEVER, (emphasized) this item may disappoint the beginners due to some of the quirks and the thin sheet metal used to build it. For starters, the rotisserie motor, or better yet, the whole contraption is NOISY. This is due to the motor itself hums and assembly screws rattle and also the loose accessories (hood chain, grill, etc.). Also. at its highest position, the legs turn in, which may be a concern for some and result in bent legs or vertical posts. The seam for the viewing glass at the top of the hood opened during the first cook, which is not too big of a deal given that it's not made for low n' slow cooking. Again, with a few learned adjustments, I look forward to the party gathering this was purchased for but I'm not impressed at all with the overall material quality and workmanship of this item -- but we'll still Git'er Done! ;)

Hallo Nach ersten Benutzung haben sich bleche verzogen so das tropfschale Schiff steht und kann nicht angewendet werden. Ohne tropfschale Tropft Fett ins Feuer und entsteht Flamme. Für Lieferanten ist das normal das alles Schiff ist statt tropfschale soll ich Kohle verwenden wo keine Flamme entsteht wennt Fett tropft sehr lächerlich Als Lieferant sind sie nicht zu empfehlen
