Great product, i live in a large 1 bedroom apartment with a heavy shedding cat. It does what it needs to do. Mapping takes a bit of fine tuning. Just let it map and do a few cleaning cycles, then fine tune the map or run a secondary mapping run with ALL obstacles removed (furniture/garbage bins/cat poles/etc). Just let it map without any obstacles. It vacuums well and mops amazing. My house is clean everyday. I have it on schedule, 4 times a week for vacuuming and 3 times vacuuming+ mopping. I got it at a great deal/discount, very happy and satisfied. Oh and for a 1 bedroom apartment, it barely consumes its battery. Check Just a Dad YouTube channel, he does a great review on it

I’m returning it now for the 2nd time, I thought maybe the first one was a dud, apparently not. It works well for 2 weeks, then the vacuuming becomes worse to the point of it leaving lots of dirt behind. Tracking also became an issue where it would be set for one room and start cleaning the wrong room. I have the X9 and that cleans better after 2 years than this newer model.

Great vacuum

Writing this at 3 monts after purchase. Love sitting back and watching my floors get vacuumed and mopped. I've had other robot vacuums brands for 12 years and this unit is the best by far. It offers amazing features at a reasonable price. The app works great. Only comment is that we have loose rugs and 1 in every 10 cleaning sessions the one mop will fall off when it tries to get onto a rug, but this does not happen often.

The Eufy X10 Pro Omni is a premium mop and vacuum robot all controlled by an easy to use app. I read up on loads of vacuums before buying this, and I’m glad I got one that mops as well as vacuums. Once you’ve unboxed the vacuum and set up the station, you just launch the Eufy Clean app hold down the buttons on the vacuum and connect it to your WiFi. After this you can send it out to map your home. It’s best to clear all the floors and open all the depots for the rooms you want it to map, but once it’s built a map you can head into the app to define the rooms. This is a bit trickier as you have to chop them up and merge to get the right room layout, but it’s quick to do. After that you can either send it to clean the whole home, selecting from a customised clean or an auto smart clean. Alternatively and better if you have carpets, you can create a schedule so that you can tell the vac to hoover the carpets before mopping any hard floors. If you don’t do this, the vac will wet the mops and head off to clean the carpets even though the mops don’t need to be wet yet. That said the 12mm lift does mean the mops have never touched my medium pile carpets, or the rug in the hall. It’s a great timesaver, and I like the fact you can set a Do Not Disturb mode for night cleaning. The multi map mode lets you lift it upstairs and get it to clean there too. As the base isn’t present it won’t try to return itself and will just keep going until the battery gets to 10%, which in my test was an hour and the whole upstairs vacuumed. It’s good at avoiding obstacles and navigating around my toddler who is fascinated with chasing it. I like that you can have it photograph the object (which it stores locally on the robot) and you can review later what it saw. Overall I very happy with the quality of the vacuum and the features available. I’m really loving coining down to a clean kitchen every morning.

Usage: large spaces, limited furniture, but varying surfaces (commercial carpet, high doormats, uneven wooden floor), plenty of foot traffic. We compared to a Shark robo vac (without mopping) and the eufy X10 Pro Omni beats the former in all of the categories below by a huge margin. Pros: easy to set up; mapping without issues, map editing intuitive, great app (quick to open, intuitive to use, plenty of videos are linked to the error messages and settings); powerful suction and mopping functionality; settings for spcaces are saved for the next time; operating pretty reliably over/around obstacles; doesn't fall down stairs and respects no-go zones; easy maintenance (again the in-context support videos are quickly accessible, so google-ing the instructions on the wild internet), super-responsive support by phone, chat, and email (I cannot stress this feature enough - they even sent us a a evaluation package of their proprietory cleaning solution when we asked whether it was right for our hardwood floors - which it prooved to be [shiny surface, just as nice as Murphy's, no lemon scent tough]). Cons: Can't think of any. I think this is as good as it gets in terms of AI powered vacs/mops. I find it does need supervision, though. For spaces with furniture, I think it requires prep if you are after a thorough (close to the edges) clean. You have to move the furniture away from the wall, temporarily move power cables out of the way, etc. and then put it all back together again. And I would like earlier warnings about a compromised brushroll (entangled) or dustbin. The little guy was acting oddly, but I couldn't figure out what was going on. So, there is some room for improvement. But now I know to just put 'vac maintenance' on my duty rotation sheet. Notes: It's not as fast as I would like (especially when vaccuming & mopping in one go, looking at the history it took 1 hour to clean 77 sm2 (829 sf, no carpets, just hardwood floor). As it can't do much more than that on a single full charge, I have taken to subdivide our large spaces so that the 'Auto-return Cleaning function' doesn't kick in at inopportune times. There are scheduling functions available that might improve my usage, but I am not there yet. Out of the box it's a bit chatty, which is not helpful as very hard to understand (by the time one has tuned into the voice and accent - the message is already over with and cannot(?) be repeated). And one last little thingi .... it goes quite close to the wall, which is great, but to do that it keeps bumping into the wall (and doors) which can be a little noisy. All in all: One of the few purchases that really made a difference and are a breeze to use. Highly recommended. Eufy rocks!
