Affordable diarrhea medicine
Each has to decide what works for them, I am satisfied with this product. It is effective, the taste is mild orange flavor, the safety and side effects each has to decide, cost is affordable.

Not Immediate Relief
Takes time to work ---- at least a day or so, which is the drawback. It's also a gentle fix --- unlike Immodium which I found can cause cramping. Not sure why this product is not more readily available, other than at Amazon.

Worked fantastic
I ate some dodgy casserole that I had forgot out on the counter overnight but what could go wrong? The stomach ache and runs were the worst I have had in a long time. After about 20 minutes of pain, I drank a pack of Smecta and it removed all symptoms in less than 5 minutes. AMAZING. And I am at a point in life that I am not worried about Aluminum making me less smarter
