“I’ve been taking Ambrosial Vitamin B1 Thiamine for about a month now, and I’m really liking it so far! The 100mg dose feels like a solid boost—I was looking for something to help with energy since I’ve been dragging a bit, and this has definitely perked me up without any jittery vibes. I also read it’s good for heart health and immunity, which is a nice bonus, especially during cold season. The 120 tablets give you a full 4-month supply, so it’s awesome value for the price.

Excellent quality, no rubbish fillers or proprietary blends. Great stuff. Recommended

Reading the listing I was intrigued as high dose B1 therapy is a well known approach to improve metabolic and nerve health. This 100mg dose fits into that category. Upon receiving the bottle, the tablets inside had a bright red colour - an unnecessary ingredient. Nowhere in the listing were the tablets shown so I was not able to make an informed decision to buy. To make matters worse, one of the ingredient listed on the bottle (but not shown on the amazon listing) was parabens (spelt incorrectly I might add). This is an ingredient thar I would rather not add to my body. It is not normally added to vitamin formulations. At least not in the UK. When I then saw that the country of manufacture was listed on the bottle as India it made sense. Indian manufacturers often colour their tablets and capsules and are prone to use parabens and similar unsavoury factors. Straight to the bin sadly.
