I been taking this brand for almost a year and by far I have zero complaints! It blends extremely well with anything, whether it’s plain water, a smoothie, juice, tea, coffee (iced or hot) you name it! It’s unflavored and tasteless, so you don’t get that chalky taste or texture. It does work, but with consistency if you workout, it definitely helps me recover faster, lift heavier, and have more focus. The ingredients in it don’t make me feel bloated or constipated either. Overall, it’s a great product for those first starting to use creatine and entering their fitness journey or those looking for a more affordable, but still highly effective product.

I've only recently started using this creatine, so I'll need to update my review after a few more weeks, but so far I'm happy with it. The powder is truly tasteless and mixes easily into water or my protein shake without any issues. No gritty texture and no weird aftertaste. The price for a 1,000g container is hard to beat, and I appreciate that it comes with a scoop so you don't have to guess the serving size. The packaging is simple and easy to use. If the results are as good as the experience so far, I'll definitely be buying it again and updating my review.

Pretty good product overall. I’m a 44 yo. Male and I’ve noticed loss of volume and weakened muscles. A friend referred me to this product and within a week, I’ve noticed a change and after three, I started looking more my size. The only con is that it doesn’t dissolve completely in water when mixed. It might work better in a shake or smoothie. Tastes like sand, never had it solo and seems effective for me. Never used creatine before so I can’t opine on value for money at the moment.

I'm a post menopausal 60 year old woman who, after years of assuming my menopausal symptoms were "minor," finally realized that was no longer true and I needed to take more serious steps. After deep diving into research, I got on HRT (a patch which is apparently the safest way to go, new research has debunked a lot of myths on that front, but I digress) and also started looking for supplements that could support optimizing my wellness. Creatine was one of those supplements. Apparently it's good to support cognition as well as the all important task of preserving and rebuilding muscle and bone density. Apparently "monohydrate" is the best type of creatine. So when I found this product - a large size, low price, and lots of very high ratings - I gave it a try. I'm on my third tub. One of the things I like about it is, it's utterly flavorless. No after taste no nothing. It has a slightly gritty texture that dissolves easily in any drink, hot or cold. Which makes it really easy to take. One of these days I'll get a bone scan to see how my density is doing, but meanwhile I've formed a new wellness habit that is helping to keep me on track in my menopause years.

I trust NatureBell products and this creatine is excellent. It dissolves better in hot liquid than cold but that is to be expected.
