This camera works really well. The features include:- 3 total cameras (one gimbal mounted, two panoramic), intercom mode, bright LED lights to flood an area with light, night vision in color and monochrome, cloud storage, motion detection, alarm siren, human tracking, and more.The setup is pretty easy; download an app, connect the camera to your wired network, power it on, and bind to the app.The app controls camera features, and it's responsive and quick. The camera has excellent video quality, and you can take snapshots with the app.CONCERNS: You may want to set this on its own VLAN if you are savvy enough to do so. I am not sure what data this sends to where, but the setup gave me the impression that there is some data collection here.

Not bad. Lots of lag in control. Side cameras do not position well. Motion tracking so-so.

Tracking performance poor. The hardware is excellent (for the price) but the software does not take advantage of having the two extra cameras The motion tracking is poor and very slow. THis product should use the two extra cams as video motion detectors and trigger the PTZ cam to rotate and view the motion detected by them. It doesnt. I expected this camera to monitor the back of my building (180 degrees) but to be useful the PTZ cam needs to turn and track motion detected by the side cameras. The PTZ cam is really very good fidelity. But rarely can it keep up with a person walking by. If the person isnt close, it doesnt track them at all.

this camera offers impressive features for home security. the 10X hybrid zoom is excellent for getting a detailed view, and the color night vision ensures i can see clearly even after dark. i really like the AI detection and auto-tracking features, which make it easy to monitor movement around my property. the two-way talk feature is also great for communicating through the camera. overall, it’s a top-notch option for anyone serious about securing their home.

App is terrible it takes forever to load. Live view is laggy video is 10-15 seconds behind live. SD card recoding records for a minute or two then has a 30second-1minute gap where it doesn't record and this happens every couple minutes

This camera was not as easy to install and set up as I was hoping. The camera comes with a mounting feature. The camera and motion detection is good quality, the cameras on the sides were a little tricky to position. There is an alarm feature with the motion detector and a very bright light turns on, which provides security. Very functional camera, that offers pretty decent quality video and the app is easy to open and view the video.

Please please please don't not buy this product waste of money and time.. after installation WiFi keep dropping of communication I tried a long range wifi device and still don't work ..I bought 2 cameras and still same problem
