Miracle we needed
Iโm so glad we found this product. Our dog very suddenly fell ill with no explanation or a reason provided by the vet. We went to 3 separate vets and a specialist hospital and still all we got is that heโs now in stage 4 chronic kidney failure (creatine 950, urea 70, phosphorus 4.71, protein in pee 0,6). He stopped eating & moving in a day, before that he was extra active and always hungry 4 years old pupper. We got medication from the vets for protein and phosphorus levels, got advised renal food and searched online for extra support ideas. As a result of that we got salmon oil and pet wellbeing kidney support. For the first week he only got renal food and the vet medication, which minimally improved his appetite and it was still difficult to convince him to eat, but he perked up a little bit. After a week the oil and pet wellbeing kidney support arrived and we started adding both of them to his meals twice a day. After 2 days a very visible difference could be seen. His appetite improved and he started to play again! We cried of happiness as we didnโt think we will be able to see him play again before the unavoidable happens. We couldnt say for sure if itโs one thing or the combination of it all, however when the vet took him off medication to see the impact in his blood work his appetite and energy level did not drop! I have a science mind and I have no idea how just a herbal holistic support is working but it has incredibly improved my dogs quality of life for the time we have left with him. He nows eats properly and even gained some weight which is brilliant to see. I would recommend it to everyone. I have read the negative reviews and looked out for any side effects but he has not had any belly problems from it. Edit: it has been 5 months since the diagnosis and Shuck is still going strong. You would not guess he is ill. I believe this product played significant part in the fact he is still with us.

Certainly worth a try
My ragdoll cat has sadly been diagnosed with the latter stages of kidney failure. My vet has been absolutely amazing and had prescribed a kidney supplement to add to his food. Unfortunately my boy would not eat it. I have been using this supplement for over a year now and spoke to the vet about continuing with this supplement in place of their recommended medication. I was told It is only missing 1 ingredient from the vets prescribed medication so they have encouraged me to keep using this. I have read the reviews thoroughly and I would recommend trying this if your pet is diagnosed with renal or kidney disease. From what I have read, you will know quickly if this supplement isnโt working and I would discontinue using if it induced vomiting or other. We are at the stage of keeping him comfortable, well fed and loved. Heโs living his best life at 17 years old, and I strongly believe this supplement is aiding his happy eating in his golden years. It may not be vet approved, but my own vet has given me the thumbs up for this!

And did not reflect in any bad nature or bear ill comments. This was my review: Cat kidney supplement. Medication drops. Found to be a great product despite being iver ยฃ40. Found that my cat has increased in weight, does appear to be more active. Generally improved his condition. It's a product that I have found benefits the animal

Saved my cats life at stage 4
I donโt usually leave reviews as with time etc you always forget but just to help someone if they find themselves in our position I wanted too. Our 16+ boy was at stage 4 kidney failure last year in September. Due to his appearance (not how he felt within himself) our new neighbours took it apon themselves to feed him and take him to Battersea where we were lucky enough to locate him (as he had our Spanish chip in him). They saved his leg ready to put him to sleep without even putting up local posters in the area in which those neighbours brought him from. When we collected him we were told he should be put to sleep as his blood work showed he was at the end however his personality apon seeing us made me question Battersea. I rushed him to our vets as an emergency to keep him on his IV fluids. The next morning we received a call asking ask to come in. Our vet made it clear she refused to put a cat who was eating, had no incompetence and was cleaning himself properly to sleep. She advised us that he be on a strict renal diet and he would only have about a few weeks with us. I panicked and as an MS patient who is medicine free I thought was supplement can I give my little boy. Thatโs when I came across this online and the reviews were outstanding. Two months later the vets hailed him as a miracle cat and even asked what support we had given which was this. Unfortunately now 7 months on some other new neighbours came along and started feeding our friendly boy on the street. Why would you eat renal food when you can get McDonaldโs elsewhere?! Thatโs what our boy thought. This caused severe harm to his kidneys and unfortunately we put him to sleep on Friday. The point of my story is to say this worked a miracle. We had a cat who defied science and I would strongly recommend it for the rest of my life. xxxx

Good stuff
My cat is almost 17 and has kidney problems, in the last 6 months he has had 4 infections, the last one the vet said thought he had to be put to sleep, I wanted to give him one last chance , so looked on line to see what could help, bought Kidney Gold 2 weeks ago and give it to my cat twice a day with a dropper, also he now has Renal food, he has perked up wants to eat and go out, will do all I can to help him last a bit longer, seems a different cat.

Didn't work for my poor Baby
I bought this with the hope it would help my dog and his kidneys after reading some of the reviews of others His was in chronic kidney failure and his creatine levels were high in the 600 level. He had been in hospital to have them flushed as they were over 1000. The vets were happy they had halved but he still wasn't eating so I had to syringe feed him. Ultimately nothing was enough not even this miracle elixir apparently and my baby boy passed away. I'm not saying this isn't a good supplement it just wasn't good enough to help my needs

Very picky cat loves this
Well packaged to prevent leaks. I was surprised how small the bottle is for that price but hopefully itโs worth it. So far my very picky cat loves the taste of it and was hunting for more after. It doesnโt smell too strong which is good. Itโs very easy to use with the dropper compared to other products where you have to wash the measuring lid out after. Instructions say to use 4 drops for the weight of my cat so hopefully the bottle lasts a good amount of time. I will update this review further into use to report back on its effectiveness on health. My cat has early stages of kidney failure so Iโm hoping this will improve his health.

Amazing results!
Our 10 year old Cat Oscar was diagnosed with CKD and Hyperthyroid in late October /22. He had shown signs of illness, weight loss and excessive drinking water and we knew something wasn't right with him. We were very concerned about his health and took him to the Vet for a checkup. The blood work showed very high levels Creatine, Bun, Urea, Hypothyroid etc. The Vet wanted to put him down that same day. She claimed he was untreatable and had stage 4 CKD and In combination with hyperthyroid there was nothing that could to be done for him. We had no idea he even had these illnesses, despite regular yearly Vet checkups, blood work has always been good. Needless to say we were devastated by these news. I told the Vet I wanted a second opinion, as I could not accept that he would be put to sleep without offering us other solutions or finding alternative treatments. I started researching all about CKD+ hyperthyroid illnesses. It turns out that it is very common in older cats to have both illnesses at the same time. We were determined to save our beloved cat. We started him on a strict wet food-renal diet only, (no more kibble) with extra fluids in the food and mixed in with Epakitine - phosphate binder+ supplements like Omega 3 krill, probiotics, beef liver powder for his anemia. Zink on a daily basis. We also got a Second Opinion and changed our Vet. We found a great clinic where they actually wanted to help us to find a solution to Oscars illnesses and save his life. ( 01-12-23) The new Vet did blood work on Oscar and this time it showed the Creatine, Bun and Urea had come down a lot, but I knew in order for his health/ kidney function to improve even more he needed Kidney Support Gold. ( had already read all about the product) Since 14 Feb/23 he has now been on Kidney Gold, 4 drops morning + night in his renal wet food. He showed improvement in appetite and had more energy within days. He comes out for daily walks in the forest with us and is looking very well now. He sleeps through the night now, and the night howling has stopped completely. The excessive drinking has also stopped. His latest blood test at the Vet was last week. 03-07-23 The lab work had improved so much in a short period of time. Urea: 20. Down from 28.3. Creatine: 141. Down from 180. Phos: 1.53. Down from 3.6 Bun: 35. Down from 44. He is doing so well on these drops! It was vital for us to get his kidney levels down as he would otherwise not be a candidate for the Radio Iodine Treatment he is getting next month. But, the Vet approved him for the treatment thanks to his improved Kidney levels. We are extremely happy for these amazing results. We know he will have to take Kidney Gold and Epakitin for the rest of his life to control his kidney disease, but he likes the taste of the drops, they are easy to give in his food and they work wonders! Were so happy to have found a natural solution! I highly recommend Kidney Support Gold. Pet Wellbeing is an excellent company. Thank you so much!

My dog died!!!
My biggest regret is not believing the bad reviews that's already written by others here. So if you're like me who highly hoped this would help, PLEASE DO NOT RISK IT and save your babies (and money)! This product even cost me an expensive EUR141.41 for a 59ml bottle! And in less than 24 hours from giving this to my beloved dog (this was the only additional/new thing added to her diet that day), she had continuous vomiting overnight until the next morning. It was very traumatising. I don't want other pet owners to experience the same horror I did so I'm writing this review so others are cautioned about the adverse effect this product may have. Please don't end up regretting like me.. :(

She had 2 legs out the front door
The biggest issue with chronic kidney disease is that cats often refuse to eat renal support food. By the time I found out my cat had ckd, it was already fairly advanced. Her numbers were low, had a heart murmur, and she wouldnt eat her food. The vet said that if I couldn't get any food in her that I might have to put her to sleep. That's when I found this online. I was looking for something to correct her potassium/phosphorus/ creatinine levels. Not only did this do that, but this gave her an appetite and I know it does bc when I forget more than one dose within days of each other she throws up and starts to lose her appetite. She eats her renal support food with no issue, has lots of energy, plenty of sass and attitude. After 2 weeks her numbers for the most part were within normal range. She gained some muscle mass and no longer has a heart murmur. she is still anemic though and not producing any red blood cells. The vet said this is ok since cats can adapt, which she has. My cat also has protein leaking into her urine but I get her semintra for that. While this product claims to resolve that issue as well, I'm too afraid to rely on it solely. Just some tips, I have two cats and she steals the others food sometimes. If she starts to get sick and she stops eating, I give her a serving of phos bind in creamy cat treats early in the morning (this can also discourage appetite...go figure). I started with a dose of 1 drop to 1 lb bc she was in rough shape. It can take a few days (2 or 3) for the ksg to kick in and for their appetite to kick in. If your cat already hasn't eaten much in the days before, you may want to get an appetite stimulate from your vet to get a jump start things. Update. She's no longer anemic! My cat was 14 when she started this product, she is currently 16.

Miraculous
On October 1, 2020, our cat was diagnosed with renal failure. The following day, after 24 hours of I.V. fluids, his bloodwork showed some improvement, but on October 6, two days after being off I.V. and even with aggressive daily subcutaneous fluid therapy at home, his levels again increased. The next couple of weeks we persevered with daily S.Q. fluids, appetite stimulants, anti-nausea medication, and a plethora of different foods. We tried different forms of phosphorus binders, but he refused them all, so we lost that advantage. Sadly, things were looking dire, so I searched for any alternatives and found Kidney Support Gold. Within one week of starting him on it, he was eating much better, he groomed and played and began to do some of the things he used to do before his diagnosis. Within three weeks, he seemed to be feeling so much better and was essentially back to his crazy, wonderful old cat self. On November 14, three weeks after starting Kidney Support Gold, follow-up bloodwork showed a dramatic decrease in his Creatinine and B.U.N. levels and his Phosphorus has returned to normal, without the use of phosphorus binders. Amazing. We continue to give 100 ml S.Q. fluids every other day, but have been able to discontinue all other medications and he continues to do well. We couldn't be happier. The product instructions say to give 1 drop per kg twice daily. 5 drops = 0.25 ml. It is bacon flavoured and my cat's not crazy about it, but it hides well in fishy canned foods or tuna, so we've had no issues with him eating it. We plan on doing bloodwork again in a month or so, so I hope to update at that time. October 15, 2023 Update: So pleased to report that our boy is still thriving 3 years post diagnosis. He is still eating well and playful. He has lost 1 kg slowly over the years, but thankfully we started this jouney with an 8.5 kg cat, so his figure hasn't changed much. Bloodwork done three days ago showed; SDMA 18, Creat 328, BUN 24.2. We had to back off on the SQ fluids after a while as it became too hard on him and our bond was being broken. I can't even express how happy I am that my sweet boy is still with us 3 years later and I truly believe that this product has played a big part in that.
