Nice taste!
If you like cordyceps or are interested in trying it (or are a fan of gummies), you might find these interesting. By and large I agree with most of the other reviews - these are cute mushroom-shaped gummies that purport to contain organic cordyceps mushrooms. For the record, I really like the taste. They're a tiny bit sweet but with a nice cherry flavor. I can't (and am not trying to) evaluate the efficacy of the gummies (i.e., I can't tell you whether - per the advertising language on the bottle - they actually are organic and vegan (as advertised) or "help support endurance + recovery"). But when I went to track down the manufacturer, I was happy to see that the company does have a store on Amazon that sells a variety of mushroom products (which suggests to me that the manufacturer has knowledge of mushrooms as demonstrated by their depth and focus). Further, the company has a website that I found easily (URL is listed on the bottle) that identifies the two founders of the company and provides a bit of background (including doctoral studies and decades of experience growing mushrooms). Further, a bit of research suggests that these founders are quite involved in the world of mushrooms as dietary supplements (e.g., lots of talks and panels that I found online). The manufacturer's website also notes that the mushrooms are grown in the manufacturer's "Certified Organic, BRCGS AA rated Carlsbad, California facility." Again - I cannot and have not evaluated the accuracy of any of these claims... but all of this information taken together is heartening to me. I've certainly had the experience of throwing away supplements whose origin was unclear, unsupported, and/or contradictory. Overall, I'm happy to continue to take these and will update this review as needed.

I was hoping for an energy effect
Cordiceps is a family of fungi that infects insects and affects their behavior, zombie-like, before killing them. It remains largely unproven what it could do for humans, but an energy boost for workouts and muscle recovery is one possibility that has been explored. It has been alleged to help our mitochondria produce a bit more ATP for cell energy. Each 2 gummy serving of this product contains 1 gram of the organism Cordiceps Militaris, grown in a lab (on organic oats not bugs, according to the package). Many supplements combine multiple mushrooms and other nutrients, but if someone wants to specifically try Cordiceps Militaris, this allows you that option, with more of that ingredient than a multi-mushroom supplement might include. I tested it for several days, paying attention to whether I felt any effects. My most intensive "working out" is going for long walks, I am mostly interested in having more energy and focus for intellectual work. But I tried it for both kinds of activity. Any effect I felt from the Cordyceps gummies was certainly subtle. I am not sure if I experienced any effects. This also means I did not experience any bad effects. While the bottle lasts I will continue taking them prior to times when I want more energy and focus, if for no other reason than because the placebo effect sometimes works. Perhaps people who physically exercise more intensively than me would benefit more noticeably from the marginal increase in ATP that cordyceps is thought to effect. This may not be the mushroom to take for more brain energy. Cordyceps fungi are not actually shaped like classic mushrooms, they are long and thin, but these gummies are a cute and fun-to-eat mushroom shape. They have a wild cherry scent, though the taste is less distinct. They contain multiple sweeteners including organic tapioca syrup, organic cane sugar, and organic monk fruit extract.

Best tasting mushroom gummies but no quality testing
I have tried a number of mushroom gummies trying to find something my partner will use. I find most liquid supplements to be most effective, followed by capsules, with gummies being the least effective, but since he won't take liquids or capsules, I'm stuck trying to find other ways to get small amounts of nutrients into him. These are the best tasting mushroom gummies I've found. Predictably, they don't give me as much energy as a good mushroom complex capsule, but I think they are a good option for him. He doesn't love them, but finds them edible. I like that this also contains whole oats, since that can also help with weight, which is a problem for him as well. And I love that this is genuinely certified organic. I just wish they also did testing for biotoxins to ensure quality. Since these have 4grams of sugar, we can only take them in the evening, but these may be more effective for those who can take them twice a day since the serving size is up to 2 gummies, twice a day. There is an expiration date on the bottom of this, but its hard to read. I believe it is either August or September of 2026.

OM Organic Mushroom Cordyceps Gummies - A Farm To Table Product
It is so nice that farmers in the USA are starting to grow mushrooms as a crop, not only for direct eating but for uses such as this as well. My first Cordycep powder came out of China and I was a bit unsure of the quality. However, these USA grown cordycep mycelia biomass, stoma and fruit body mushrooms are cultured on organic whole oats. How nice is that! This gives me a sense of comfort knowing that these are organically grown to full life cycle and minimally processed to provide a full spectrum of compounds. This is exciting to someone like me who hunts mushrooms as a hobby and study them for their properties. The gummies are mushroom shaped, have a light cherry flavor and they are ok in taste. Quality product for a boost of cordycep energy.

Excellent Brand and Supplement
I love OM brand. I use several of their products and have for a while now. I typically use their powder so that I can put it in my smoothies. What I love about these is the ability to take them on the go. Honestly, they're just a treat because I don't take them on "normal" days, I really take them on my travel days and cheat days because they have ingredients in them that I typically would not eat every day. Such as the sugar. But nonetheless, I do like them, that way I know I'm getting the benefits of the CORDYCEPS mushrooms when I am not making a smoothie.

Taste wonderful, and great texture! Nice and firm.
Absolutely delicious flavor and texture. Nice and firm, which is one of the things I look for in my gummies. These are probably some of the most tasty gummies I've ever tried, and I would absolutely purchase them again. I wish I could get them (the same flavor and texture experience) just as a snack item! When reviewing things like this, I won't comment on the supplement effectiveness, as I'm actually a skeptic when it comes to most supplements - ones that aren't simple vitamins and minerals, for example. In addition, as supplement content isn't regulated by the FDA, it's difficult to be sure of the actual content of supplements without laboratory grade testing.

Convenient but Quality Lacking
I am fairly new to mushroom supplements but my mind was blown after trying mushroom coffee and lions mane. So I was excited to try these mushroom gummies. Since cordyceps helps with oxygenation, I thought I'd supplement these before workouts to increase endurance. I liked that they seemed convenient to take.. And the more I read about cordyceps, I was intrigued. Unfortunately the quality just doesn't seem to be there. For one, the top ingredients are tapioca syrup and cane sugar.. Meaning they make up a significant portion of the product. Unfortunately these both spike blood sugar. That aside, the supplement is inferior to cordyceps fruiting body extracts as it contains mycelium on oats and not pure fruiting body. This means that it contains less of the active cordycepin and beta-glucans (the ingredients you really want). Finally, there's a bit of a lack of transparency. The label does not specify the amounts of cordycepin and beta-glucans. So you really don't know how much you're getting in these gummies.. Typically you probably want to aim for greater than 1% cordycepin and greater than 25% beta-glucans. While I appreciate that the product is organic, non-GMO, vegan, gluten free, and as I said, convenient, it just doesn't hold up for me due to the ingredients and lack of transparency.
