I use this for teaching Suminagashi. It works great!

I was actually looking for paper to paint Japanese watercolor paints on. The search said this was suitable, but it’s not in my experience. What ever this is made for or how ever it’s to be used the product is consistent, well made and the package has the sheets cut and gently folded in half. It’s very easy to get a sheet out. I’ve been using it on a canvas with water in a spray bottle and medium acrylic clear coat mixed with acrylic paint to provide texture on the canvas. Eventually I’ll paint over parts. It’s a 3D painting of sorts.

This paper is exactly as claimed. I’m very happy and can’t wait to work with it!

Jessica on a new paper that I wanted to try. Had not used rice paper and many many years and this is perfect. It’s big enough but I can also cut it in half and use smaller pieces just what I wanted. Good quality.
