The peel is top of the line works as expected. Extra points for no bolts so no risk of the dough getting caught. Can easily turn all pizza sizes. The build is excellent I'm sure it will last a while I love the weight.

Must have for Neapolitan Pizza
Works great. Unlike some of the cheap ones. This will not start to warp when you are working in a 900F oven.
