Womens' Sauna Suit Workout Sweat Body Shaper

I ordered the size 2XL Suana Sweat vest. It was very comfortable and very effective. I have recommended the product to my 2 walking companions. It holds a lot of sweat-- I wore it against my skin without any discomfort. Actually since I am 2 years post back surgery I found that it also gave me some back support during my 6 mile walk this morning. It also did not roll up in the back or waist. It is light weight, dries and quickly. It was a little loose around my shoulder and back so I gave it to my walking buddy and ordered the black one a size smaller (see pic)‼️I would like to use the black one for under my scrubs at work and have one with fluorescent trim for walking outdoors. I am looking forward to trying more of these awesome products. Thanks for an awesome product‼️

I rarely write reviews but I have to say this is an awesome sauna tank! It’s soft, comfortable, you barely know you have it on(aside from the sweating) I have been wearing it straight out the package since I got it yesterday! By no means is this a quick solution to weight loss but.. sweating off that extra little love handle is exactly what I needed!! I wish it came in an x- small but for reference I am 5’7” & 174lbs and a small still has room around my waist and stomach. I also love that my full torso is covered!!!! I wore jeans and I can tuck the tank in my jeans comfortably. And the tank does not roll up! I slept in it and it still has its shape! I plan on wearing it all the time because it’s the first time I’ve been comfortable enough in a “waist trainer” to do so. I’m gonna add coconut oil to get more of a sweat but even with nothing added, just a hula hoop workout for about 5 or 10min, I’m sweaty enough! Sitting still, I can feel the sweat! Awesome sauna tank!

I am a size 16 and I ordered a large. It fits well and doesn't roll up. The only con is it could have been a lil longer. The torso is short. It definitely helps to provide a good sweat. It has very good stretch too.

Price, comfort and performance have not disappointed with this product. I was not sure what to expect with this waist trainer as I have never used one before. I chose this particular one based solely on ratings. I have been so happy with it! I use it almost every day that it is clean! I work 12 hour shifts as a nurse, and I am super surprised at how comfortable it is to use during my long shifts. I don’t even remember that I have it on, until I get home and undress. It’s that comfortable. It does make me sweat a bit more around my waist area but that is one of the things this sauna waist trainer is supposed to do. And again I don’t realize how much I’ve sweated until I undress because it is contained to the area that is covered. I’ve slept in it several times as well and again, so comfortable. I’ve also used it during long walks and running. It stays in place and is still super comfortable. Even more comfortable than not because it gives support. I can’t wait to get another one so I have one to use while the other is being washed. Best of all my husband has commented several times how much he sees a significant difference in my waist area. I have not recently changed my eating or exercising so this is for sure solely based on the effects of this waist trainer. This is a big deal to me, because I am a mother of 5 and things aren’t the way they used to be! Why did I not have one of these years ago?!

I mean it’s very comfortable but it’s too comfortable it doesn’t give me the waist trainer feeling I wanted maybe because it’s too large I ordered a size medium and i can easily get it to it’s first hooks no problem i guess maybe order two sizes down? The material feels great though and if it were the right size I’d be happy.

I ordered primarily for back support because I have had multiple back surgeries. When I exercise my back suffered the most. This vest supports my back wonderfully. I have a medical back brace however, the hard insert is uncomfortable for exercise purposes. This training vest give strong lumbar, thoracic region support as well as tummy support. I sew and use it to work in. It is awesome! My back feels amazing all day. My one recommendation is that you wear a thin shirt under, something dry wicking! The neoprene creates heat when you are in the sun. I wore my vest walking during the hottest part of the day and had a cotton shirt on. When I got home I realized I was drenched. For weight loss, that is a great thing! Love sweating it out! I have lost 70 lbs over the last 2 years and have leveled out. I am hoping this will boost my weight loss as well! The material is flexible, tight and retains it shape. Because I had a sweat bath when I went walking, I needed to wash. It is hand wash which isn’t a problem. I threw it in the shower with me. if you have an LG Sidekick, it fits perfectly and the hand wash option is great. Hang to dry. The Zipper is strong. (I am a tailor so, those things matter) The quality of stitching is great. There were no loose or bad threads. I like the yellow trim because it makes me visible. The size was perfect. The sizing is true to size chart. Definitely take your measurements. If you don’t know how, ask your dry cleaner to measure you. Do not try to guess and do not cheat on size. These things are tight. I measured my waistline and I purchased exactly what the chart said...mine fits like a glove!
