It should if you have a angled sport trac on your Lund

Will these mounts carry the weight of a scotty 1106 downrigger, swivel mount, 5' outrigger, on a lund 1875 impact xs?

I use them with Cannon magnum 10 manual downriggers with 5' poles with no issue.

Will this fit in a Crestliner rail system?

Look at your rail system if it is at a 45 degree angle then it will work. I am not familiar with crestline rail system.
