Super all rounder laptop
It's working very well for now and feels nice on the hand. Screen is very clear, does not heat up and functions really good. 100% user friendly. Battery life is OK. I like the product.

Comes with faulty initial configuration
Came with the System Reserved Partition set to 100MB so large Windows Updates can't be installed. A little research shows that the SRP should be >= 500MB. Now I need to buy a $50 tool and dink around with risky system settings to fix it. UPDATE: I updated my rating to 4 stars because the vendor read my review and offered to either let me return the laptop for a full refund or keep it and receive a $100 refund (plus tax!). Since I found a free solution using Copilot, I gladly accepted the refund and kept the laptop. It has been performing flawlessly ever since. The only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars is because I had to deal with this. I think that's fair.
