Does applying a biosensor hurt?

Don’t worry, the majority of Abbott CGM users said that applying a biosensor was painless. In a study conducted by Abbott, 91.6 % of users surveyed agree that it was painless to apply the biosensor. (Data on file at Abbott).

Why are my Lingo readings different from my blood sugar monitor?

Lingo measures glucose in interstitial fluid; blood glucose monitors measure glucose in blood. Because blood glucose changes first, readings may differ especially during rapid changes like after meals or during exercise. This is normal and expected.

Does Lingo integrate with any health apps?

Yes, integration with Apple Health and Health Connect is available. Once you connect, you’ll be able to automatically log your workouts in Lingo and see your glucose data++ in Apple Health or Health Connect.
