Not a snag, don’t fall foul
Everything you need at a very good price. Large capacity water tank to boot. There is a funny catch: the floor head comes with the carpet glider attached - tried to cover it with the cotton pad and obviously it didn’t work. Penny finally dropped to remove the glider :) From other reviews looks like I am not the only one trying the impossible. Excellent product.

Amazing product
I was a bit sceptical when I bought this product but now that I have I'm delighted with it, it's easy to use and with all the attachments there's nowhere that you can't clean including the fridge the oven the bathroom even the loo can be cleaned as well as all floors and upholstery and the good news is you don't need cleaning products so it's good for the environment it also cleans carpets, as well I would recommend this steam cleaner to all.

Not Recommended
Quality is poor and feels like the extensions will break in no time. It also leaves streak of water all over the floor and takes more than 4 passes to get a good clean. It is getting returned. I won't recommend this product.

All seemed really good on opening, however, when using the floor attachment the enclosed pads did not fit so I had to use a cloth and tie it on which was a shame.
