Which is it?** A: They are engraved inside the bowl measuring in quarts and liters. Very handy and yes it is engraved. I'll try and attach a picture. **Q: How tall are these bowls?** A: Each one is different. They are probably just a bit taller than they are wide. Width measurements are noted in the listing. **Q: Are these 18/10 stainless?** A: Although not stamped 18/10, they are food grade, which would require at least 18/8. That being said they are of very good quality, and I have washed them multiple times in the dishwasher with no spotting, staining, or other rust inhibiting signs. Bought a set for my daughter in law at Christmas last year (2018) and got one for me as I liked them so well. Neither of us has seen evidence of any issues. The silicone bottom keeps them from slipping and sliding around. They're so stable. The insides are nice and shiny and they clean up so easy. Great for food prepping and excellent for food storage. By pressing down in the middle of the lids, they lock nicely. I love how they store within themselves. They're lightweight which makes them easy to handle and store. I made a giant salad and stored it in one and it's perfect. I prepped my ground meat in another for burgers and it's so convienent to me able to put the lid on the bowl and just put it in the fridge. The bowls keep everything so nice and cold. The stainless steel is so sanitary. I need another set.
