We got Style 1 in black for a playroom. We did latch them to the wall bc we have a climber. These shelves are awesome for kids. I was worried they’d come dented (they didn’t) or that over time they’d scratch. My toddler boy is rough! So far it’s been almost a year and they are great. We stick magnets, magnetiles, foam magnetic blocks and more on them. There’s a lot of kids magnetic stuff surprisingly. They look really chic and have held up. We have wooden shelf and he has chipped paint off it in the same amount of time. These look so nice and have so many applications by being metal. Highly recommend!!

This is a terrible product. 1 star is too high. It’s terribly made. It does not fit together. It is really bad. Really really bad. The worst. We tried to return it, but the seller, doesn’t pay for the shipping back. It was going to cost us $160 to return. I would give it to charity, but I refuse to do something so cruel. Instead we will throw it away or burn it.

I bought this bc it was suggested when the one I previously bought was out of stock. My fault for not reading the description (wasn’t expecting it to be metal). However things that aren’t my fault: First, there are quite a bit of scratches and dents :( Second, the instruction leave a bit to be desired. Side note- it’s very hard to screw the “M” screws into the metal

Awesome book shelves. Sturdy light

The shelf is smaller than expected (pictures definitely make it look much bigger) and very difficult to put together. However, that is not my concern with this product. Unbeknownst to me, the seller will only provide an unpaid postage label for return. This thing is heavy and return shipping will be more expensive than the actual shelf. They do say I will be reimbursed for the shipping cost, but I don't trust that will actually happen and also not in a position to just be out the money for shipping return fees until that happens. So, not only do I need to haul this very heavy thing down to the post office, print out the label and return slip, repackage everything, but on top of all of it I'm expected to carry the cost of returning this thing, that was advertised as bigger than it is and doesn't work for what I need it for, and is insanely challenging to put together so it's functionally not usable or accessible. As a disabled woman, this entire experience has been nothing but very frustrating. Not only that, but when I contacted Amazon support, they promised that the seller would reach out with a prepaid label. I was satisfied by this. Instead, the seller did not send me any label but did tell me they could not offer pick up services (which I never asked for to begin with) and then closed my request for a return for not responding to their message. I was never even notified they had responded. Even now they have not responded to my messages and I'm still stuck with this stupid shelf I wish I never ordered. Still I will put 2 stars, despite this experience being very difficult and irritating, because I assume that for those who have help assembling and far more patience than I may have, you may actually like the shelf. It is all metal, which accounts for how heavy it is. Maybe it will be what you want, need, and expect it to be. For me and my home, this has been a gigantic waste of time, energy, and money.

First, let me say that when I received the shelving and opened the box, I knew I was not going to like the quality. I reached out to return the item, and despite the fact it was free prime delivery, I would have to pay for the return shipping. The company was great, they responded quickly and offered a small refund of $20 if I would just keep the product. I decided I needed the storage and I'm good at assembling things, so why not? The instructions are all pictures, no written instructions, which is more difficult for me. Usually I can have something like this done in a couple of hours, but this one has taken much longer. I finally got the very confusing "letter I piece" placed, turned the page for the next prompt, when I see legs attached to the bottom cabinet... I'm searching through the pieces... these are labeled G, and apparently I'm supposed to fold these somehow... (metal, old lady hands). I'm very frustrated. Not to mention, if you order the color black, make sure you have great lighting, because if you wear multi-focal lenses, it's probably going to be a struggle. Now I'm sitting here, trying to gird up my mind to finish the box assembly. I don't even want to think about how annoyed I'm going to be when I start on the doors!
