So I’d rate it 5 stars. Got this phone for my daughter for Christmas. She loved it. It’s really cute and has a lot of cool functions. It’s too bad that it won’t turn on anymore. I would buy another one because of how much she loved it but I don’t want to have the same issues again. Review: GREAT for GRANDDAUGHTER SHE LOVES IT - Great little phone for my 6 year old Granddaughter. She absolutely loves it and thinks she is a big girl now for sure. One thing that was kind of troubling was that the phone would not turn on. I switched the reset switch on after charging for a while and it came on like a charm. I suspect others are having the same issue. The instructions should be clearer in that you must reset the switch initially to get the phone to work. I think clearer instructions would prevent unnecessary returns. Great little phone all in all for the money! ## Features - Upgraded Smart Phone for Kids: Introducing our upgraded smart cell phone for kids, which is a 2.8" touchscreen device .
