Helped my husband so much when he broke his back!
When my husband broke his back, he loved to use these. The sizes are similar to the patches the doctor gave him, except these worked longer and provided more comfort to him. They are cost efficient and would not hesitate on buying these again.

Great heat and cold effect but wish they lasted longer.
Bought the Therma-Max pads as well and they were awful. With Icy Hot I was able to actually feel the heat and the cold. Just wish they would last me through a whole night.

Does the job.
They do the job. This is my second purchase. Used previously for a foot injury, now for back pain. Easy to apply, pain relief is immediate. I forget I’m wearing it. No offensive odor. Also easy to remove. I would recommend.
