Wet and damaged box and empty bottles.
The Gerolsteiner water is excellent. I had previous orders delivered without any issues. This one package was dumped by the delivery man near the entrance door…it is somewhat heavy - 15 bottles0 but the box arrived wet and damaged. 3 bottles although wrapped in bubble wrap were totally empty. I would like a refund or at least a credit toward a next purchase. These bottles are far from being cheap!

Great tasting and healthy water
Great taste and love it being in a glass bottle so that no plastic material can filter into the water if it has been sitting in a shipping container or warehouse for long since it is from Germany. The water was recommended by my integrative and functional medicine doctor years ago and still keep it on hand as a more refreshing drink than filtered water.

Masterclass on what water SHOULD be!
You gotta get use to the taste but once you get past the foreignness of it you can enjoy the craftsmanship and health properties. The water has tested as one of the cleanest on the market. Use the oasis app to see how great it is. Bottle is sturdy as can be. Price is a little high on the net compared to at my local Whole Foods but nonetheless, great to get if not easily accessible.
