The main issue was that the device arrived with instruction leaflets in foreign languages. There are no instructions in English. I did however find on YouTube instructions showing you how to use. The small sponges are filters and go in the back of the devices.

My wife's doctor recommended a nebuliser, and suggested expensive wasn't always best. I searched around and this fitted the bill for being inexpensive and doing what it's supposed to do. It arrived promptly, and certainly does what it's supposed to. Perfectly happy. Note I said inexpensive and not cheap. This is certainly not a cheap piece of medical equipment and is certainly worth the money.

Glad I bought this it made such a difference when I used it, my breathing was so much improved. I had a problem with the Adult Face Mask but this company resolved it and are sending me a new one. Great customer service but almost what I would expect from a German company.

Très bon aérosol, facile à utiliser et pratique au quotidien. Il est simple à mettre en marche et fonctionne très bien. Il est également assez compact, donc facile à ranger et à transporter. Très satisfaite de mon achat, il correspond parfaitement à mes attentes.

Cada vez que mi hija se resfría lo usamos. Ha sido todo un acierto comprarlo y a buen precio. Al principio le costó un poco usarlo pero ya cuando lo ve sabe que le calma sobre todo la tos .

Ho acquistato il Beurer IH 18 per trattamenti delle vie respiratorie e si è rivelato un prodotto affidabile e ben costruito.Il compressore ad aria funziona in modo costante e garantisce una nebulizzazione fine e uniforme, ideale sia per le vie respiratorie superiori che inferiori. I tempi di inalazione sono adeguati e la terapia risulta efficace.Molto apprezzato il set completo di 8 accessori, che lo rende adatto sia ad adulti che a bambini. Le mascherine sono comode e facili da pulire, e tutto il sistema è intuitivo anche per chi non ha esperienza con aerosol.Il dispositivo è stabile, compatto e semplice da montare. Il rumore del compressore è nella norma per questa tipologia di prodotto e non risulta fastidioso.Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo per un marchio come Beurer, sinonimo di affidabilità nel settore salute. Lo consiglio a chi cerca un aerosol efficace e senza complicazioni.

Zupełnie nie nadaje sie do użytku dla dziecka - produkuje tak dużo mgły i robi to tak szybko, że większość ucieka gdzieś bokiem, a dziecko nawet ułamka z tego nie wdycha. Także dla mnie, dorosłego, ilość produkowanej mgły jest po prostu za duża. Odesłałem.
