First of all this is amazing product and I was using it since past 1.5 years. One day it stopped working. Out of curiosity I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a free replacement. A brand new product. That too hassle free. It was just amazing experience. From now on I am going to buy Agaro and recommend others too.

I bought this product 8-9 months ago. Then recently it was not working ? Burnt. I filed a complaint. And I received a replacement in 11 days, although a different model but it’s working fine. Satisfied with the agaro service. But not so impressed by the product.
