Awesome product
I usually prefer to use and test a product before posting my positive and/or negative experience. I loved this product as soon as I started using it. Easy setup, took me less than five minutes setting it up and enjoyed a 2hr ride. Very quiet and smooth compared to my traditional trainer.

go for it!
I must say that when I purchased this unit, I did have my fingers crossed in hopes it wouldn't be an issue to connect and that it would work beyond 5 rides. I have close to a thousand miles on it, and it's been flawless. It connects immediately to my app and responds to the programs.

I'm impressed with the ease of Bluetooth connections!
I needed some help from my local bike mechanic to attach my Trek road bike to the trainer, but other than that I've had no issues at all. The Bluetooth connection is consistently smooth and painless. The trainer itself is as quiet as I'd hoped and I don't have trouble listening to podcasts with earbuds while riding. Well worth the price.

Good Trainer
The trainer works well. I have used it with both Zwift and MyWhoosh. The documentation that comes with it is sparse, but enough to get it set up. There is a QR code in the booklet that is supposed to take you to a site related to upgrading firmware, but the page has been taken down. The ThinkRider tools app is useless, and the selection that is supposed to update firmware just spins... no indication of progress and I assume it doesn't do anything.

May be the best smart trainer at this price
This was a gift for my daughter and she loves it! Uses it daily with her 2024 Specialized Diverge Comp E5. May be the best smart trainer you can get at this price point. Provides great resistance and isn’t too noisy; she can listen to music without issue. Bluetooth worked immediately.

worth the money!
If you want a cheap and reliable bike trainer. Get this. Easy to install just 4 screws. Really changes the resistance depending on the trail. Its very sturdy! Even during hard pedaling standing up.

Excellent product !!
The product is excellent and does exactly what it promises. I've been using it for almost two weeks now, and it exceeded my expectations. It's very quiet, and the ride simulation is very realistic (I use the Rouvy App). Installation was super simple and trouble-free. I just had to buy a Shimano cassette identical to the one on my bikes, and I installed it myself. I have two bikes: one road bike with a quick-release axle, and the other a mountain bike with a 12mm thru axle. In both cases, thanks to the shims provided with the trainer, they worked perfectly. Regarding the seller, delivery was very fast, many days earlier than Amazon had estimated. I recommend the product.

Kinda ok, not sure yet, not for me
it works, got the black friday deal for $228. Have to index my gears even tho I am running the same cassette. I may try to take out the spacer. so I dont have to keep doing that when I put the wheel back on with the other SAME cassette.I'll give it 2 weeks and see how it works with Rouvy since I am using a free APP. If i cant get it to work without indexing gears, it's going back. Also lowest gear feels like 3rd or 4th gear in real life. I don't like the feel, I am sending it back as my regular trainer ( with wheel on) feels real and I can get the speed/cadance sensor and still use any app

This is the first trainer I have ever purchased, so I can't compare to other brands, but I am 100% pleased! The value for money exceeded my expectations. I have used it now for a few rides and have had no issues with it. I don't find it loud and the bluetooth connection works great.

I bought this to keep up my conditioning over the winter. I started using it after Christmas when "my wife" gave it to me. I use my Trek AL3 with 9 speed Sora group and it has worked perfectly since I started using it. No noise or vibrations and it seems very stable even when out of the saddle. The instructions were a bit lacking to install the bike but with my 9 speed cassette I installed the provided spacer and used logic and experience to figure out how to insert the hub spacers. I use it with the free app MyWhoosh and it gives very believable feedback; maybe too realistic as I hit those 11-12% climbs! Connecting it to MyWhoosh was a total no-brainer. The smartphone app for the trainer seems pretty crummy, but it does not appear that it is required in any way, so I ignore it. I think I did update the firmware when I initially started it up. The Cyber Monday price was 1/3 to 1/2 of the cost of other trainers, and though I've never used another trainer, it seems like a steal.

4.5 / 5. Just arrived yday. It was too good a deal to pass up 16% of + a 20% coupon applied during cyber monday. Works as advertised. Ordered on a Tuesday and arrived on Sat - from China to Canada?! I think that's a new record for any shipment from there to me. Can't comment on accuracy of power but responds quickly to incline changes in Zwift and Rouvy and the gradients feel correct compared to my other trainer. Easy to setup and paired without any hiccups to my PC. The only thing I noted was that my bike was just on a slight tilt to the right and either it's my floor not being completely level or something to do with the trainer base being just a bit off. I didn't have this issue with a different trainer though. I shimmed the right side of the base with a few layers of duct tape and it's all good. I'll update if any issues.

Trainer Seems to work well. Comes with adapters and tools, (through axle or quick release) but you will still need a chain whip and cassette tool depending on whether or not your removing your old cassette from rear wheel or putting a new one on. (Mine was a 10 speed 11-32 cassette to match my cycle cross bike, so I bought it new) ***Make sure you plug the trainer in (flashing red light under trainer) and install Thinkrider Tools (app), I use iPhone. The Bluetooth connects through the app only, NOT THROUGH SETTINGS on the iPhone! The firmware on the trainer upgraded effortlessly, in just a few minutes. Paired it with Myswoosh app I installed on my ipad. (Free to use app for now) and seems to work. Only rode the bike for a few minutes and everything works so far. I will update this review if anything goes awry.
