Disappointed. Heavy , difficult to get up & down

This is a wonderful company that has a terrific product. The umbrella is very sturdy, light weight, and works quite well in the rain and wind. I also had the pleasure of contacting their customer service, and will have to say it is some of the best I have come across; something quite rare these days. They are very courteous and attentive, quick to respond to your comments, concerns. I am so happy that I came across this product. Give it a try, you won't regret it ☔

So far I haven’t had any major problems. It’s a quality umbrella that blocks rain. It holds up in the wind though it feels like it’s about to flip if there’s a gust in a different direction. I enjoy the auto open and close function. It’s still working well. The reason for the lower rating is half the time I open it, it opens up flipped. I have to pull it back down to get it in the right shape. This is why I expect it for flip in the wind as well. If it flips up when it opens, it’ll flip in the wind.

Use this to block sunlight during hot days. I call it my 'sun-brella' and I love it ease of use. I can take it everywhere and it's not in the way, works well with wind as well. I'm light sensitive, so it works for me

This umbrella is extremely sturdy and well made. It is heavier than some others but glad this is the one I purchased. We spent hours in the rain in Croatia touring some waterfalls. This umbrella held up wonderfully.

Large and heavy will be a bit of a hassle to travel with, however worth it for Alaska Cruise.
