We upgraded our vintage aluminum trailer with the RVPart Pro GT60 tankless water heater, and it worked perfectly right out of the box—which was a big relief after another brand arrived dead on arrival. This unit cost a little more, but the overall quality feels noticeably better and well worth it. The GT60 uses a slightly smaller 15" x 15" opening than our original vintage setup, so we had a custom aluminum panel fabricated to match the trailer, and it turned out great. Installation was straightforward. I used stainless steel line sets to connect to the trailer’s water supply, and the propane hookup was already 3/8", which matched the heater’s requirements. Wiring was very simple. The keypad uses just two wires with no polarity concerns, and I was able to extend the wiring beyond what was included without any issues. Power requirements are 12V at 15A, which shouldn’t be a problem for most RV or trailer electrical systems. One thing worth checking during installation is the pressure relief valve hose. On ours, it was sitting a little high and not properly routed into the drain tray. I was able to pull it down so that if it ever activates, water will drain safely into the tray instead of the trailer interior. Overall, this has been a solid, high-quality tankless water heater and a great upgrade for our vintage trailer.

This water heater has been outstanding! I installed it on a camper where the water heater had exploded. It fit perfectly and was a breeze to set up. You only needed to hook in the two water lines DC power and a gas line. I've noticed that it won't engage the flame to heat the water if your water pressure is poor. I see this as a safety feature. My procedure for using it is to turn it on from be outside with the rocker switch. Then go inside and turn on the water. It will automatically come on. And when the water starts flowing well you'll see a flame icon come on to the control panel and you've got heat. It heats up fast and stays hot for as long as you need it. If you experience any error codes just go outside turn the rocker switch off, check your water pressure. Turn the rocker switch back on and turn on the water. It will reset. I've done this numerous times with no problems

Ordered and installed June of 2025. Worked great at home. Vacationed at June lake at about 7800 ft elevation. Starts up fine works for a minute then shuts off with a code. I ordered this one since it claims to work at upper elevations above 9000 ft. Not recommending this unit!

Works perfectly. It does not cycle like my old one, so It keeps constant temperature like a traditional water heater.

Was easy to install. Works like the first one I bought. Takes 3 quarts of water before water in shower is hot. Once hot can shower till done. Only bad side was no door included. As I am in a permanent place I will Improvise, adapt and overcome. $68 is to much for the door.

Fit perfectly in my fifth wheel. Hot water on command all the time! I replaced my 6 gallon tanked water heater. It was easier to install the new unit then it was to take out the old one. Recommend to anyone with an older RV

I replaced my tank type water heart almost a year ago with this tankless water heater. It has been working very well. I am in an RV full time and it has performed very well. Definitely would recommend.
