I started using this product about a week after stitches were removed. I scanned the QR code that was in the box and found out that you can peel the tape off wash it with mild soap and let it air dry. I was really skeptical about that but after 4 nights, I was really impressed. Bonus- it even says could be used to help eliminate some of the fine wrinkles around your muscles. Can't wait to try that. It is not a quick fix but the product says by using, over time it will help.
