The refrigerator stopped cooling after 6 months. upped from 1 star to 3 stars Supplier sent a different model replacement

I bought this almost purely based on size as I have a space this fits perfectly! However, this unit makes very loud growling noises, I kid you not it’s possessed. Not too bad if there is other noises and conversation to cover it up but not great in a quiet environment and the noises are strange not at all like a typical refrigerator compressor running. That was my first issue, second is that half full and set to 7 (the coolest setting) it can only get down to 45 degrees so no icy cold beverages from this bad boy! I’ve contacted the seller last week about the possibility I just got a bad unit but have yet to hear back. I’m hoping there will be a resolution and I’ll come back and update if there is.

The fridge works fine overall, but just a heads up, if you’re planning to store cans inside, the wire shelving isn’t spaced closely enough. The cans tend to wobble or tip over. You’ll want to line the racks with something (like a shelf liner or tray) to keep everything stable.

I like the unit but the sides get extremely hot when the compressor runs. I have clicked all the help links and have reached out twice to the mfg, which is where the links take me too, and have heard nothing back. I wanted some reassurance this is "normal" or see if there was possibly the chance I received a defective item. Nothing received back.

The fridge is extremely loud. It has been leveled etc, but the sound it makes is really loud. Got to put it in the basement or a room that you don't use and it is really-really annoyingly LOUD.

Size is wrong, it’s not 18 1/2 wide, it’s only 17 so it narrower than the cabinet it goes in and now I have to add molding to cover it. There about 11/2 inch gap on each side. The old fridge was 18 1/2 x 32 and fit perfectly. Other than that, it seems to be well made.
