Tupelo honey is the only honey I genuinely like and its longevity is peerless — never sugars over. Yes, it’s expensive but along with good olive oil, good butter, and good salt it is worth it. It’s a gift for my mom. She loves this stuff. Not too sweet and is very smooth. Dissolves easily and doesn’t crystallize, though she goes through it fairly quickly.
