Unlike conventional gel colours, Colour Mill Oil Blend loves the fats and oils contained in your baked goods and uses them to distribute the special colour formula. The result is stunningly bright, rich and even shades that do not fade. It is particularly suitable for buttercream, Swiss meringue, chocolate, cake dough, ganache and sugar mass. It also works in flower pastes, gumpastes, modelling pastes, marzipan, cake mixes, pastries, icing, isomalt, spray gel, cake tip mixes and more. Not only will your cakes look stunning, but with Colour Mill you will also get more colour for your money. The high concentration means you consume much less than you normally would to achieve even brighter and more colourful results. You only need a tiny drop at a time to achieve the desired shade - we recommend using the end of a cocktail stick. If you use more drops, the colour will be more intense, if you use less, softer shades will appear. Build up the colour slowly as you mix your dough to achieve the desired shade. There are over 50 different colours to choose from, with each bottle containing 20 ml. The bottle is equipped with a dosing lid that increases dosing accuracy. Please note that the pigments used in each colour vary in weight. Some weigh more than others, but all colors are the same thickness and are filled to the brim. **Q: Can you use this in lollipops?**
A: If it’s Chocolate yes.

**Q: will this stain silicone?**
A: I have noticed reds will leave a slight pink hue if the dye is left directly on the silicone. Otherwise if it's mixed into candy or chocolate and used in silicon molds. It does not stain.

**Q: Can you use this for candy apples?**
A: Yes

**Q: Can I mix booster with gel food color to paint on chocolate cake pops?**
A: I have not tried it, so I wouldn't know.  I only use it to color white chocolate and I have not had any issues.  I love the this product.
