Ground stone or glass or crystals inside each capsule!
I had high hopes for this product because this is the only product that comes up under the search term Ocimum Tenuiflorum. I grew up eating Holy Basil leaves for medicinal purposes. I know the taste well. This taste somewhat close to holy basil but it definitely has piece of stone or glass or crystals blended in with the powder. I opened the capsule to taste the product since I knew how real Holy basil taste like! I don't trust anything inside the capsule as it is and I am glad I opened it. Please see attached pics. The black specks are what feels like glass or stones.

Great Product
I recently came back from the Pacific Northwest with this cough that would not go away. I took OTC meds (Cough medicine) thinking it would go away. A week later I am still bugged by this cough. I talked to my friend who is an herbalist (ND) and she recommended me Holy Basil. I found this product, I liked the price point as well as the dosage so I purchased it. 3 days later after receiving the product ; my cough has all but disappeared. This experiential reviewer will be ordering another bottle.

Quick arrival and High Quality
I have only been taking the supplement for a little over a week. So far I have not had any negative side effects. It arrived quickly and it appears to be of very high quality. I am taking this herb to reduce arthritic pain.

Heart palpitations. This dosage was just too much for me.
Wasn't able to take it. After one dose had heart palpitations. I did try for three days but this particular dosage was just too much for me.

Antidepresssant and anti-anxiety
I’ve been taking Fresh Holy Basil with my cooking, but where I live is very hard to find Holy Basil. I’m so glad there are Holy Basil in capsules now. This product works for me and so convenient. The delivery is fast. This is a good quality product.
