    DEFECTIVE and Amazon should not sell them.

There were about 6 if these with NO OPENING for the helium nozzle and the ones that did have an opening, well it was so small we had to use a knife to enlarge it to get it on the nozzle.  While trying to make a slit on the sealed ones we accidentally cut wrong and ended up wasting 3 of them.  Very frustrating and disappointing.
