Doctor Recommended and Works Great for My Routine
I started taking this fish oil based on my doctorโs recommendation, and Iโm really glad I did. Iโve been happy with it so far and havenโt noticed any side effects. The softgels are easy to take, and the best part is thereโs no fishy aftertaste or burps. I like that itโs made from wild Alaska pollock, and it gives me confidence that Iโm getting a quality omega-3 supplement. It fits easily into my daily routine, and Iโd definitely buy it again. If youโre looking for a reliable fish oil, this one is worth trying!

Noticeable difference for my daily eye comfort routine
I originally purchased this omega-3 because I was looking for a quality fish oil supplement to add to my daily wellness routine. I chose Sports Research because I liked that it comes from Wild Alaska Pollock and provides a high-quality source of omega-3s. I take one softgel daily, and after consistently using it, Iโve noticed a positive difference in my eye comfort. As someone who deals with ocular dryness and irritation, this has become a supplement I donโt want to skip. (No pun intended, but I definitely see a difference!) The softgels are easy to take, and I appreciate that they donโt have a strong fishy aftertaste like some other fish oils Iโve tried. The quality and consistency have made this one of my favorite daily supplements. Pros: โ Easy daily dose โ No strong fishy taste โ Quality ingredient source โ Convenient softgel format โ Has become part of my daily routine Iโll definitely continue purchasing this as part of my wellness routine.

Worth the price!
Capsules are on the larger size but love that the dose is just one a day. Easy to swallow, no aftertaste, my brand from now on. I have been hesitant to try another fish oil because of aftertaste issues but this brand has been great.

Legitimately the best
These are the 1250 mg Sports Research capsules, the kind that look like they should taste like a dock. They donโt. I take them with dinner and so far the only seafood I taste is whatever I actually cooked. No surprise burp at a red light, which is the real luxury feature. I cannot say they turned me into a well-oiled machine overnight, but my joints complain less after lifting and my resting-face inflammation seems down. Bottle is simple, capsules are big but they go down, and I have not found a fish in the living room demanding royalties. Will keep taking them until the salmon union files a grievance.

One pill, no fish burps, and you can actually check the lab results
I bought this because I turned 40 and my knees started sounding like Rice Krispies. I live in Delaware now (used to be in Florida), and between sitting on planes for work trips and trying to stay active, my joints were feeling stiff. I'd heard good things about omega-3s for inflammation, but I wanted something that wasn't going to make me burp up fish flavor all morning. The triple strength thing caught my eye because I didn't want to swallow three pills a day. My expectations were pretty straightforward: help with joint stiffness, no nasty aftertaste, and decent quality for the price. I wasn't expecting a miracle โ just something that might take the edge off after long travel days. The pros (what actually works) No fish burps. This is real. I've taken other fish oils where you taste it for hours, but these softgels are coated or something. Nothing . One pill a day. That's it. At 690mg EPA and 310mg DHA per softgel, you're getting solid numbers without playing supplement Tetris every morning . You can check the test results online. Sports Research posts third-party lab reports for each batch โ heavy metals, purity, the whole deal . That's rare for a supplement at this price point. Sustainably sourced from wild Alaska Pollock, certified by MSC. If that matters to you, it's a legit selling point . The cons (stuff to know) The softgels are big. Like, "pause before swallowing" big. Multiple reviews mention this . I can handle it, but if you struggle with pills, these might be a challenge. The shipping from their website is reportedly a nightmare. Several customers said subscriptions take weeks to arrive, and customer service is hard to reach . I bought mine through a regular retailer, so I dodged that bullet. Expensive up front. A 180-count bottle runs around $40-50. But per pill? It's actually reasonable โ about 25-30 cents a day . You're paying for quality, not volume. One person reported bleeding gums after two weeks, which is unusual โ but it's a reminder that high-dose supplements can affect people differently . Real-world use I take one with breakfast, usually something with fat (eggs or peanut butter) because omega-3s absorb better with food . After about three weeks, I noticed my morning knee stiffness wasn't as bad. Could be placebo, but I'll take it. Value for money For a triple-strength, third-party tested, sustainably sourced fish oil? The price is fair. You can find cheaper stuff at the drugstore, but you're usually getting lower EPA/DHA per pill and no purity testing. Did it meet my expectations? Yes. It does what I wanted โ no fish burps, easy routine, and my joints feel a little better. The pill size is annoying, but not a dealbreaker. Just don't order directly from the company if you need it fast. Final Rating: 4 out of 5 stars. Lose one star for the pill size and the terrible direct shipping. But for the quality and no-burp factor? I'll buy it again.

Worth the try!
This is a newer supplement that I have tried and have found that it is great quality, the size is pretty big, but it does contain fish oil so understandable. There is no taste or aftertaste with this, and is a great addition to what I take. From my research online, this has great ingredients and a good brand.

Easy Way to Add Omega-3s to My Daily Supplement Routine
I take several supplements as part of my daily fitness and nutrition routine, and Sports Research Omega-3 Fish Oil has been an easy one to stay consistent with. One of the main reasons I chose it was the high concentration of omega-3s from wild Alaskan pollock. I prefer taking one concentrated softgel rather than having to swallow several capsules just to get a meaningful serving of EPA and DHA. The softgel is fairly large, which is worth mentioning if you have trouble swallowing pills, but I havenโt had an issue with it. More importantly, I havenโt experienced the strong fishy taste or burps that Iโve gotten from some other fish oil supplements. I also appreciate that the formula is straightforward. Iโm already taking other supplements, so I donโt need a fish oil with a bunch of unnecessary extras added to it. I havenโt been taking it long enough to make claims about long-term results, and omega-3 isnโt the type of supplement where I expect to โfeelโ something immediately anyway. For me, itโs about consistently supplementing my intake over time. Overall, Iโm very happy with the quality, concentration, and convenience. If youโre looking for a concentrated omega-3 supplement that fits easily into a daily routine, this has been a good choice for me.

A genuinely solid fish oil supplement
Already a fan of this fish oil and when I found it for less than my usual Costco price, picking it up was an easy call. Hard to beat the value when you're already sold on the product itself. The triple strength formula is the reason I stick with this one over cheaper alternatives. Getting meaningful EPA and DHA per softgel means fewer capsules per day to hit the dosage that actually makes a difference โ two softgels covers what you'd need six of from a standard fish oil. That math matters when you're taking something daily long term. Wild Alaska Pollock is a cleaner sourcing choice than a lot of competitors and the softgels themselves are noticeably fresh โ no fishy aftertaste or repeat, which is the thing that makes or breaks a fish oil for daily compliance. These stay down cleanly. Sports Research consistently delivers on quality and transparency, and the softgel size is manageable without being oversized. If you're already buying this at Costco and see it at a better price elsewhere, don't hesitate. Same great product, better deal.

Fish oil that actually works without the fishy aftertaste
I've gone through several omega-3 supplements over the past couple of years, and this one from Sports Research stands out as one of the better options. The burpless formula is legit โ I donโt get any fishy burps or aftertaste, which was a big issue with cheaper brands I tried before. The softgels are easy to swallow and go down smoothly. What I like most is the triple strength. Each 1250mg softgel delivers a good amount of EPA and DHA from wild Alaskan Pollock, so I only need to take one per day. Itโs convenient and feels like a higher-quality product compared to the standard ones. I started taking it mainly for general health support โ heart, brain, and joints. After a couple of months, Iโve noticed some positive changes. My grandma has been taking it too, and she mentioned that her joint pain has noticeably decreased, which has made her more comfortable during the day. That alone made it worth it for our family. The 180-count bottle gives good value and lasts a long time. Overall, itโs a reliable supplement that does what it promises without any unpleasant side effects. Iโll definitely keep using it and recommend it to others looking for a clean, effective omega-3 supplement.
