A must have supplement
I've been using this supplement for last few weeks, and it has truly made a difference in my overall health. It’s been fantastic for improving the health of our eyes, skin, muscles, bones, and joints. I’ve noticed clearer vision, healthier skin, and stronger bones and muscles in my body. It's great to have one product that benefits in many ways. Talking about its side effect, till now I have not faced any such. A good to go supplement it is.

Capsule skin tastes terrible
If you struggle at swallowing capsules i would not recommend this, the capsule skin tastes very much of seaweed, meanwhile the inner powder itself is tasteless (i feel like it should be the opposite??) The capsule is also rather big. Quality of bottle/packaging is good, as far as i can tell theres no unhealthy fillers or anything so the product itself is good.

Fooling customers, adding some xyz powders in capsules and selling on the name of omega 3. No standardised. Do not buy these cheap products.
