Gross taste but does the job!
Not a fan of the taste (I consume it dry). I've never liked mango tho. Only bought this bc the melon flavor is out of stock. Just creating this review so I can remember next time I consider it.

Worst tasting LifeAid product I've tried so far. It's seriously disgusting.

Clean energy
Very good, clean energy. Not super sweet like other energy packets with sucralose or other artificial sweeteners. Also, these don't make you feel "jittery" like other energy drink packets.

The cans are better
Ok….so I am a HUGE fan of FitAid. I usually drink the cans and they are a LIFESAVER for me! I was really intrigued by the packets cause they are easy to stash somewhere. However, they just don’t hit the same way the cans do. I almost feel nothing. I think they need the carbonation? I even tried putting them in sparkling water, but it still didn’t work. The other bummer is that these come in a yellow that is from turmeric. Turmeric stains. So if you’re drinking these all the time, they’re likely to stain your teeth. Again, I’m a huge fan of the brand. It’s just not a huge fan of these packets. They also seem extra sweet?

Delicious and Good Energy!
Tastes Great. Really good energy. Unique flavor. My favorite. Pretty tasty! I Love these. So yummy. These are great. Healthy. Energy on the go! Better than the rest. Excellent energy. So tasty! Terrific energy powder.

bitter at all concentrations
no matter how much water you add, it's very bitter. so disappointing

Tasted bad and gave me stabbing pains in my kidney.
I used one in the morning and by the afternoon was having a sharp stabbing pain in my back then I realized it was my kidney. They did not taste good either. I couldn't make myself try a second one the next day to see if the pain came back, but I had never had that before or since, so I am pretty confident my body was telling me NO to this product.

Not a fan of mango
I don’t care for the Mango flavor. Would prefer just a lemon or orange or a variety of citrus flavors.
