My knees are 79 years old and are shredded. When I wake up with knee pain, I slip one on. Fifteen minutes later, no pain.

I wore this today while hiking and it works very well. It feels comfortable and yet provides stability on the knee to enjoy the workout and no pain. I’m thinking about buying a second knee support to have as backup.

I usually use compression leggings but these are just impressive: they are great for the 0-70 kg (total) squats + my weight. I'm over 40 and these really keep my knees in place, no more awkardness, pinch pain, or injuries when training, these took away all my pain when training weight. they have a z shaped silicone at the top that keeps them in place, but I cover them with the shorts or leggings. I don't wash them with detergent, I just let them rest in warm water for some minutes to remove the sweat, then cold water, then to the sun to dry. On size: I usually use XL compression clothes, so I got these in XL which is fine. No idea if you can lift more than 100 kilograms of weight with this, I had surgery for 2 herniated discs so I use less than 80 kilograms and work with reps, these are really well for that.

This is a quality product, well made, & will not slide off knee easily. Workout product, may be too snug for throughout the day use. Personally, does not fit my leg shape well & will be returning. Highly recommend.

So, let me begin by saying that the Adidas Climacool sleeve does what it says. It's a sleeve that breathes and has the retention needed to give you the compression required for bloodflow. Stability? I'm not so sure, but for sure if you are looking for compression without getting sweaty-knee, it does the job. That said, it looks as though Adidas went through their spare materials bin and started using stuff left over from their other products to make this thing. Random rubber strip across the bottom that doesn't seem to do anything. Underwear band for top and bottom edges. Instead of putting proper grip material along said bands to stop slipping, it looks as though they've used a gel to draw a squiggly bit that dries into a grippy substance. It looks like dried hot glue in there. Works, but still. Material patterns different on front and back, and perhaps most egregiously, it looks like they've put the longest product tag they could find, and they put it INSIDE, where the compression sleeve is going to be pressing into your flesh. It works fine, the tag does get annoying even after cutting along the suggested scissors line, but it's mostly fine. There's probably a much better product out there, but the price is right for this thing. If it's in your budget and you don't want to pay a full 50 for the other similar products, and want a brand you recognize instead of the waves of unknowns on amazon, it's hard to argue that it doesn't at least do what you'd expect a 25-30 dollar product to do. Just keep the cons in mind when shopping.

I bought this when I twisted my knee trying to get out of the window seat on an airplane. It probably isn't built to last for a long time, but provided just enough support to the knee to allow me to carry on until my knee felt better.

Me lesioné hace tiempo la rodilla y cuando volví a jugar al pádel, me sentía insegura así que decidí comprarme esta rodillera. Da mucha sensación de seguridad y estabilidad, y ya no juego al pádel sin ella. Eso sí, solo la he usado en la rodilla, no puedo hablar por cómo funciona en tobillo, codo o cualquier otra articulación, aunque supongo que irá igual de bien! Es muy cómoda pero a la vez te sientes sujeto. Y aunque sudes, no se resbala. Un 10!

Cumple con su función. Solo hay que pedir una talla más grande de la que se suele usar porque viene reducida.
