I’m still experimenting on how much I can use in homemade hot chili oil without my face melting off from the heat.. The medium is mild in terms of heat but I also didn’t use more than 1/4 cup.. everyone’s heat level is different so adjust accordingly.. It was definitely fresh tasting for the price.. I thought at 1st price is steep compared to others however I know why.. It has a nice fresh taste It and not old and stale tasting.. It comes with a recipe in a separate bag..
