Excellent freezer - works great and we can barely hear it when it's running. It arrived very well packaged and was scratch & dent free. Its size was exactly as described, and it fits perfectly in the space under my kitchen counter.

I’ve had it for a while now and it is perfect.

Received product damaged. The corner of the box was smashed in, and as a result, a small portion of the door trim was broken. Probably two-fer blame, the product needs to be packaged better, and more than likely, the carrier mishandled the box. Other than cosmetic damage, the freezer appears to be working well; however, it's only on day 2.

The box arrived in perfect condition, but the freezer itself has noticeable scratches and a dent, as shown in the image. This makes me believe I may have received a used or previously handled unit. If I didn’t urgently need a freezer right now, I would have returned it immediately. I did test the unit, and it cools quickly and performs well, but the physical condition does not match what I would expect for a new product at this price. Update, I just heard weird popping sound, this just might get returned, I just want to make sure it is coming from the mini freezer.

My refrigerator has a very small freezer, which sometimes posed a challenge as I usually end up buying a lot of frozen foods. This is just what I was looking for: a quiet, medium-sized freezer that doesn’t take too much space. The freezer was quite simple to remove from the box (the bottom separates from the rest of the box when you open it up, so be careful) and comes completely assembled, which is great as I don’t particularly like putting stuff together... The version I purchased is the largest one that’s offered by this particular seller, yet it doesn’t take up too much space and it’s also energy-efficient, as you can see from the “Energy Guide” attached to the unit. It took a few hours to get to the desired temperature, and it has been working fine since I plugged it in. There are a total of 7 temperature levels, with “4” being about 0 degrees Fahrenheit. You can barely hear it when it’s on, and the freezer is big enough to store plenty of frozen dinners and other miscellaneous products. I just wish it had a light inside the compartment, but it’s not a deal breaker for me. All in all, I can’t complain. It’s a great product that should also come in handy should my fridge stop working in the future.

I’ve only had this for a week so I can’t attest to its longevity or energy efficiency. But I can tell you it was easy for a couple of 75 year olds to carry down a basement flight of stairs, easy to set up and adjust the temp to our satisfaction, kind of fun to remove all the packing film and an absolute joy to have extra freezer storage space. It seems to be very quiet although it is not right in my living space. I can’t believe I waited this long to purchase this item!
