UpWellness Cartilage Revive + Joint Support Supplement, 60 Capsules

I started taking this product on Feb. 2 2026 and just finished my third bottle. I'm a 62 yr old female in menopause in good shape and close to my ideal weight (working on ~15lbs). I walk a lot but got away from the gym. When I started taking this I didn't change a thing. After 30 days the stiffness in my right reconstructed knee started to ease up and the slight pain in my left knee felt better. I was noticing some stiffness in my right hip and that was better. My low back had been so painful when I got out of bed in the morning that I could barely stand up. However, after 90 days almost all of this stiffness and pain is about 80-85% gone. I believe that returning to the gym will help as well in addition to losing a little weight. I intentionally didn't change anything else in my routine or supplements to give Cartilage Revive+ and honest try. I do believe it has helped me tremendously. For the folks who think it's like ibuprofen, it's not. It takes a while to take effect and then you need to stay on it for lasting results. I can even sit at my desk with my legs folded for a short period again! I know that's not the best thing for my hips and knees, but it's the way I like to sit. I highly recommend this product. Update on 6/9/26: Now I've been on it just over 4 months and I'm just so happy with the results. My back pain is mostly gone and my knees are virtually pain free. The hip pain is gone too. I really wish I'd found this sooner. I am telling everyone I know about it. For me it is the magic bullet! I'm back in the gym and that is always a good idea too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have bone and bone knees for many years. I needed to get surgery. I was hesitant about trying this, but I’m so glad I did. I have been taking this supplement for an almost 2 months and I can feel a real big difference. I can move a lot better getting out of bed is so easy now and I am starting to go down the stairs a little better and the pain has gone away a lot, It has really made a difference.

Surprised how well this has helped, therefore I’m continuing to use this product.

I was very skeptical about ordering these as I am with everything online. I decided to take a risk for some relief in my knees. They are bone on bone. I have to say after about 3 days I felt a change in which I felt it was all in my mind. I told my sister because shes been having trouble sleeping due to her knee aching. She bought some called me a few days later saying she has been able to sleep. The pain was not keeping her awake anymore. I don't give many products a rating however, this has been life changing for me.

Has not taken the pain away yet. still giving it a try.
