Surgery or....
I was offered an operation to take a dowal of bone from pelvis and use it to fuse the c4c5 neck discs together, would still leave the discomfort of neck ache. I discovered this over10 years ago and used it once a month for 6months now I’m down to perhaps once every 2yearsBEST bit of kit I ever spent money on. If I get the ache or pins and needles it comes out for5 to 10 mins and put back in its box. I’m now nearing 68 yrs and no way was I goingunder the knife unless it was life threatening. If used properly and in small increments itShould be and was for me, pain free.
