Living in a big city with all the major networks fairly accessible I had previously invested in one of those cheap dildo-shaped antennas. It picked up most of the local channels but they weren’t very stable, sometimes breaking up in stormy weather with ABC and Fox local disappearing completely. Scanning brought in about 40 channels. One free movie channel had been replaced by some weird religious channel that would be perfect background in a horror movie. When I switched to this baby I scanned 80 channels. They’re all rock solid, including Fox and ABC. Got my movie channel back, no more creepy preachers. I hung it in my enclosed porch window, in the same spot I’d had the previous antenna. Was planning to move it outside when cooler weather came, but I don’t need to. It’s not a huge monstrosity and it’s light weight. I just attached it to the window with a strip pf packing tape. The instructions for assembly could be better, but if you can figure out a simple puzzle you should have no problem with this, just be patient. At the price it can’t be beat.

Best antenna ever! Don’t spend more money on other expensive options, this is the real deal. All local channels can be picked up from the window. Great construction and works great! I got 5 more channels compared with the regular Phillips internal antenna that I was using.

Not for me. Returned.

The antenna did not pick up all the free to air channels, missing channel 7, 7 plus, 7 mate, 7 bravo, and all the SBS channels. I retuned the TV many times, adjusted the position of the antenna, still not picking up those channels.
