This product arrived quickly. Sealed completely. And reading the reviews, I was excited to get started on working on my health journey. I took one capsule. (it says take 2) For 3 days, and by the 4th day, I was truly amazed! I was energized. Clear-headed Focused. Finished the rest of the week, doing the things I needed to get done. Work, going to the doctor, cleaning, and even going to the gym with no issues. Normally, I tell myself I'll do that tomorrow. lol... I slept very well. No bloating like I always have. The pill has no taste. But too big for me. I like the natural ingredient. And I have already ordered my next bottle.

I was experiencing bone-on-bone with one knee. I came across material that Sea Moss helps with the regrowth of cartilage. This is my second bottle. My first bottle was a 3-month supply and cost about $5 more. It took that entire bottle of 300 capsules before I felt the capsules were working and no longer feel the bone-on-bone grinding. Regrowth takes time. Also extremely low impact exercises to keep the joint open and plenty of fluids to restore lubrication in the area is necessary. I also avoid applying pressure on the knee by using a walker-on-wheels with a built-in seat, which I bought online (not Amazon) for $29 cuz crutches are a pain in the ass. All the other vitamins and minerals included are a bonus. This bottle is a month's supply and by the time it is empty it will be 4 months that I'm working on cartilage regrowth. Well, I procrastinated way too long. I was told about sea moss and all of the ingredients in this supplement. The first two days of taking this sea moss, my body must have been so depleted of the vitamins and minerals that this product has to offer because the first two days about a half an hour later after taking them I could feel something and trust me it was not the placebo effect! I didn't even think about it, I just took them. However now 3 weeks into taking this supplement, my body has had time to acclimate and build levels that are very very beneficial. The cobwebs in my brain are no longer, I have better cognitive and mental clarity. I can focus for longer times and not to mention before taking this supplement I was completely out of whack as far as my body is concerned and my gut health is on par now the ingredients are over 19,000 100 mg of black seed oil, black pepper, vitamin K Vitamin B's whack bladder, also there is other stuff in here that help my mood, it's easy to use, for those of us that have a hard time opening bottles sometimes? Anybody can open this bottle. It's not going to give you any problems, in fact this year I'm turning 49 and actually at the end of this month April 24th so it's never too late to get your body straight! I used to take a multivitamin everyday and it did not do a thing! So, it was easy to forget to take it because, truth be told a multivitamin just doesn't do it for me I mean the amount of things that were in the multivitamin was a good list of synthetic made nutrients, vitamins minerals Etc. I’m a diabetic, this gives me a little extra boost to feel closer to normal. I highly recommend it. Previous sea moss purchases didn’t seem to help as much.
