This is a good monitor. My problem was that I did not want the voice. The info says you can turn it off, so I thought that meant it has a way to do it so it is always silent. Nope. You have to swat it every time, and if you want to use it without disturbing others, be aware that it can a few seconds to get the "swat" right. If you want one that talks, definitely order this. It is accurate, easy to use, easy to read, and even has a nice little bag for storage. If you want silence, sadly, you will have to look further.

The cuff kept telling me there was an error message that it was too loose, even though I would tighten it. Then it would get so tight my arm would go numb! I tried for 30 mins adjusting etc. don’t waste your money
