I am writing this after using this product for 2 weeks. Really useful for pain relief and good quality product which is really handy, comfortable and sleek design. Easy to handle,good heat retention for atleast 1hr. And yeah, the pink one I chose just because of its lower price than the black one, but it turns out to be a cute thermal bag.

The quality is amazing and it looks exactly the way it’s shown in the pictures. It heats up under 7 minutes and shuts off automatically once it’s fully heated. The heat level stays the same for an hour and sometimes even more. I got this for my menstrual cramps and it works perfectly fine. The product is really soft and comfy which makes my period more manageable. I’ve given only four stars and I’ll update this after a couple more months of use.

It is easy to use, durable, safe, and doesn’t cause any leakage. The only downside is that the cable is a bit short, and the non-fur side can get quite hot. I would recommend keeping the fur side against your skin for better comfort and safety. It is also a great option for senior citizens. My mom and dad are very happy with it, and this is my second purchase. Definitely worth the money!

The auto-cutoff completely failed, the pouch seal tore open and the plug pin literally melted off from the extreme heat! This is a massive fire and safety hazard. It is cheaply made and highly dangerous. Do not risk your life or home for a cheap product. Avoid at all costs!
