Yoshi's Crafted World - Nintendo Switch

I was fairly new to Nintendo switch when I got this game. It is easy to understand, and quick to catch on how to play. Some of the levels were very easy, while some were a little more tricky to figure out, but alot of fun when you finally did. It has a lot of replayability, and I honestly could play this game for hours on end. And I have. LoL! I think it would be a good game for a younger gamer just starting out, because there is a mode to make the game a bit easier. It is a lot of fun, and I would highly recommend.

Gave this to my daughter for Christmas. We’ve had many hours of father-daughter time on it, and it’s a blast. It’s cute looking, simple controls, but pretty fast paced. Playing as a 2-Yoshi team, we had many moments of “Wait! Go this way! Oh nooooo!” Nintendo has deep pockets and hires top notch writers and developers. No one can argue it. Nintendo knows how to make a game!

I love this! It's so fun and challenging in certain spots. It definitely is fun to wind down and relax and play this game. Also, SO CUTE!

My 6 year old loves it. It's got excellent co-op that is great for kids who are not great at games. The gameplay is great and the worlds being made out of craft materials is really cute. Recommended especially for kids!

game works and everything is fine but the case has a crack

Yoshis crafted world is a good clean fun game, that’s easy enough for younger kids to play with, but challenging enough for adults to 100%.The graphics are good, and the game runs smooth.This game is not being made in physical form anymore and once it’s off the shelf, it’s OFF THE SHELF! You won’t be able to get a new copy except from a reseller or used.I’m 44 and I enjoy this game when I just want to sit back and relax.

Nintendo does it again.So much to see and do in this game, it's crazy. Every part of the background and the characters look like they were crafted out of household items. Paper cups, towel rolls, cardboard, coffee creamers, milk cartons, you name it. The attention to detail is positively bonkers. There is so much going on at the same time in the stages and so much to do. The camera focuses on your character, the foreground and background will be blurred a little bit until you aim at something in either. Pretty neat visual effect. The 3-d presentation of the stages is handled flawlessly, and you have to pay attention because the entrances to some hidden areas are visible when they're near the edge of the screen, but as you approach it and the camera follows you, it obscures the entrance.It doesn't seem to be that difficult a game, but if you're having trouble you can change the gameplay to "mellow mode" which gives Yoshi wings that let him float indefinitely and each enemy consumed produces two eggs instead of one.A lot of replay value here, as each stage can have the camera flip to the other side and what was now hidden in the foreground is now visible in the background. You'll need to revisit stages several times to gather everything, forwards and backwards. Pretty innovative.All in all, it feels like you're playing a Pixar movie. Enough with this review. I'm heading back to playing the game!
