For me, this is a very good protein, after drinking this there is no bloating in my stomach and it digest easily and i can see the difference in my body and nails too both looks glowing and growing, I feel instant energy after drinking this, I also add it to my banana shake sometimes its chocolate flavour which is delicious. It has 24 gm of protein in one scoop so it is really very effective for me.

Why is it too sweet and sticky like sugar ? Will it cause diabetes? Very dissapointed !!!
