Excellent knife, very very sharp so cuts through meat like it’s butter and very impressive to look at.

Nice and sharp, gives you the feel of having the chance to be really skillful in the kitchen.

This knife is amazing except the sheath. I love cooking and this is the knife I go to more often. It so great it cutting the meat 🍖 for dehydrated. Even cooking in the kitchen back home. Best tool very. Only one thing I do is after washing is to wipe oil on the blade. Mightymouse.

Fantastic knife, so pleased with it. Razor sharp, beautifully balanced, the handle feels very comfortable and secure - I was a little worried the metal handle would maybe bit a bit slippery but it's got a lovely tactile silken finish that is non slip. It's light and manoeuvrable and going to reduce a lot of the fatigue involved in the heavy kitchen prepping coming up. Really looking forward to working with my new kitchen best friend. Oh and the sheath is a lovely touch - safe in the kitchen drawer with no risk to fingers or the blade.

Arrived on time I bought these for a birthday present and am very happy with my purchase

Bought this for a friend who doesn’t do ‘on line’, but he’d seen it (or similar) advertised and for some weird reason he liked the idea of slicing tomatoes 🍅 thinly. Anyway, he got it, used it, and declared it nae damn good, so he took it to his workshop and sharpened it. Then took it indoors, washed it an sat it on the drip tray: he then knocked it off, onto his bare foot pointed end downwards: didn’t cut him but produced a significant bruise, so if you get one be sure to wear stout shoes.

This knife is extremely sharp. It will cut through anything and makes short work of meat on or off the bone, swede through to ripe tomatoes . With a fine easy haste. Keep this away from , clumsy people as it is dangerous If used incorrectly. I always put the plastic guards on and pack in leather holder, after every task. And keep it packed away . It vastly out paces any of my cooking tools. What a bargain…. And no power needed.

Ces couteaux sont très mal fini, le manche n'étant pas entièrement soudé l'eau y pénetre pendant le lavage et vous dégouline encore longtemps sur les mains par après. Bonjour l'hygiène ! Par ailleurs l'œil dans la lame n'est pas ébavuré, il est tranchant !
