It is a parasitic Fungi, which mostly consumes the bodies of insects. Because the manufacturers claim to grow these organically in Washington State, I’m not certain how that process would work. You can look up Cordyceps online to get more info on that. It has become clear to me that gut micro-biome health is very important, and I have been working on improving and maintaining that. It is believed that Cordyceps can benefit gut micro-flora, and improve immune health. These capsules are easy to swallow, and there is no after taste or stomach upset. I restrict carbs in my diet, so I prefer gelatin capsules to rice/cellulose based ones, but there is such a small amount that I doubt that it matters much. I like the glass bottle because I am also restricting plastics in my life when possible. The expiration date on my bottle is September 2027, which is great. Overall, I think that this is an excellent product.

I’ve always been interested in mushrooms for their health benefits, so I wanted to try this blend of Cordyceps and Reishi. The fact that it’s organic with no fillers made it a pretty easy choice... The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that I don’t have to deal with the strong taste of mushroom powders (I'm not a big fan of the mushroom powders🫥) I’ve been taking these capsules daily, and while I know supplements like this take time for you to see any positive effects, I feel like they’re a good addition to my routine for sure... So far no side effects, and they seem gentle on the stomach. Another thing, I appreciate that they’re made with both mycelium and fruiting body, which gives a more complete profile of the mushrooms from what I've been reading. So far, I’m happy with them. If you’re into mushrooms and want something convenient, this seems like a pretty solid choice.👌

An easy to take, high quality mushroom supplement! I’ve always loved the benefits of taking mushrooms for wellness and this is a powerful combination! Cordyceps and Reishi are great for many things, including your immune system. They are grown in the U.S and organic which is a plus. Taking three can seem like a task but they went down easily, and I felt no side effects. After a few days I noticed I was calmer and more focused. I haven’t noticed any huge differences in my immune system, but I’m not sick often to begin with. Overall a quality supplement.

This mushroom wellness supplement from Herb Pharm checks most every box I have for supplements. The ingredients are organic, the capsule is organic, the 'other ingredients' are organic, the supplement is in a glass bottle, it's made by a company with a good track history, a brand I already use products from. And while they use a 'blend', they give the specific amounts in that blend. However: The cost is on the high side for me at 88¢ per 3 cap serving. While there is NO information on the product stating where it is made, the only information I see that even comes close is in the Product details in the ad. It states country of origin: USA. The definition for Country of origin (CO) is: represents the country or countries of manufacture, production, design, or brand origin where an article or product comes from. So, the item could be designed in or the brand name from USA, while production takes place outside the USA. This is why I trust only the 'Made in (country name)', and want to see it ON the product. In this case, It does NOT state Made in USA on the label. Also, in regards to the 'other' ingredients. The mushrooms are grown on the rice. I'd much rather the rice and mushrooms being totally separated before processing. To me, this is like leaving dirt on your herb roots and still processing them.

I have a tough time evaluating supplements like this because they tend to work very subtly and sometimes, in a short period of time, it's hard to really see the effects. I didn't see any improvements, but I'll update if I do. The good news is that this product had no negative effects. The presentation of this product is great. The capsules are high quality and the jar is glass. It feels very nostalgic and almost like it's apothecary-like.

I would not have purchased this supplement had I known it contained rice. If you are on a low-carb diet, all the rice powder in the supplements you take can add up. That being said, the capsules are small, easy to swallow, and don’t have any bad after taste or digestive effects. The ingredients in these capsules are certified organic and supposedly tested for potency. When a supplement company references testing, it should be easy to access the results of third-party testing for things like potency, heavy metals, and microbial contamination.. Test results should be available via a QR code on the bottle or on the website without having to contact the company, especially on a supplement at this price point. Suggested intake is three capsules per day making this a 30 day supply, and that's expensive to take monthly. The last thing about this company is that it is a certified B corporation. I am not happy about all the politicization in businesses these days, and B corporations represent the worst of the woke agenda that has gripped many companies.

I love the design of this, looks sweet and fits the world of mushrooms. Now, I already love having cordyceps in stock in the house but to have it combined with Reishi is just a huge plus for me. I already love this and I do notice some benefit as I would expect. Basically a 30 day supply and the pricing is fine to me for what this is - I have paid more for less. Im not too familiar with this company but I am going to want to check them out more if they have combinations like this
