I have been taking this for years and love it! Recently, I quit taking it and tried another probiotic. I immediately got a UTI. I didn't make the correlation until I remembered the same thing happened when I stopped talking it last year also. You may not feel like it's doing anything, but it is! It has good ingredients and I'm able to take it on an empty stomach.

honestly can say these did little to nothing for me. i purchased them 2 months in a row and didnt notice a difference. for the price i feel like the results should have been more noticeable.
