Back Muscle Stretcher & Posture Corrector - Lumbar Support/Strength/Pain Relief

I suffer with arthritis and constant back pain. Wanted a spineworx board but rather pricy, which I would pay if going to work but thought I'd try a product with similar dynamic for less first. Have been using for a couple of weeks, after each use and next day (I use it before bed) I think I can feel a slight improvement so pleasantly surprised. Think this would need to be used regularly over a period of time to make big difference but effective non the less. Only drawback was although simple to assemble, putting last side onto slats can be a bit fiddly as have to get all slats in place before clicks down otherwise very good for price and effective. Cant use with certain back conditions though such as oesteoporosis so check literature first as is medical device.

To begin with : The actual muscle stretcher is 5-star category once assembled but the designers overlooked an important detail. You first need to insert all 15 blue supports into one of the black struts, quite easy because you can insert them one by one. You are then left with the other strut which needs to fit onto the exposed ends. In theory this sounds easy but the vendors apparently failed to try and test this procedure. The fact is that ALL FIFTEEN supports need to be exactly placed, simultaneously, which consumes much time and patience. A chamfer on the supports, struts, or both would have made the process much easier but the designers overlooked this obvious solution. If they want to create a 5-star product for their next model, simple but effective design modifications are required.

Was a bit dubious ordering this due to some of the nagative comments about the assembley, but having put this together now...honestly cannot see what the fuss has been about - Its very simple with nothing more then a screwdriver being needed (Beyond me how folks are struggling with it). Once peiced its quite a sturdy little bit of kit. I'm not sure why, but presumed this was being made of wood, but its actually all injected plastic moulded (wityh exception of nuts/bolts) and still more then solid enough. I'm not 100% seeing benfits of it as its really early days, but it is stretching the back out. Not the most comfortable of things to lie on mind, but just putting a folded towel over it for bit of comfort. Will consider foam later, but for now just want to use as intended and see how i get on. At the price, its certainly worth a punt and its quality seems more then decent enough. Deffo would have paid more for it had i seen it in a shop ready assembled so happy with it.

I suffer from chronic back pain and this little gadget is a Godsend. I can lie on top of it and feel all the muscles on my back stretch to great relief. Once relaxed I can do half sit ups to reinforce my core muscles without hurting my lumbar region. Fabulous.

Excellent to relieve back pain, and also good to keep your back flexible. Its not comfortable, but I wouldn't expect it to be. Works well for its purpose.

Simple and good value. Not adjustable, but you can adjust the position of the high point on your back by moving the stretcher. Seems to work for me. Others found it difficult to assemble, but I found it fairly straightforward.

It was hard to put together I can't get the screws in
