I got diagnosed with glaucoma very recently as a teen and now being in my early 20s and i haven't really taken my eye care seriously until now. i originally had another pair of sunglasses that were cuter but they broke unfortunately, so i opted for these since you can put them over your prescriptions. Now, i don't wear these often but when i do they are great. I can wear my regular glasses and these sunglasses along with headphones outside for hours at a time without feeling discomfort or really noticing i have them on minus the darkness lol. they are very dark and reduce glare enough that i can almost see clearly outside instead of squinting all the time. they don't feel cheap either, if you have gotten your eyes dilated before you can definitely compare them to the flimsy sunglasses eye doctors give you when you leave the office, and say these are a 10/10 for eye care. these sunglasses don't slip off at all and they fit comfortably even with me having several piercings on my face, they don't touch or get snagged at all. It's a good value for your money and i can keep them in my crowded purse without having to worry about damage.

This is a review for the RED lens sunglasses. They wrap around my massive glasses (for a massive skull, seriuosly, chiropractors have said so lol) at a good 6" or so wide and cover the whole thing. I'm trying to avoid the bug eye ones so I feel comfy around people ; ) I love these so much I'm buying a second pair after I lost my others at a grocery store. I was impressed by the angled polarization -- i can use these during the day to tame sun glare, or I can use these for night driving. It beats buying two sets. I also loved these because when I screwed up and sat on them, the earpeaces popped off. They go on easily gain. The plastic is made so well there's just enough flex to pop out and in, without breaking completely (which I've done). This will probably be my 20th pair of sunglasses. ADHD is strong in this one. The red tint helps it to stand out. It's easier to see when I'm looking for them. Now they just need glow in the dark sunglasses and we'll be set. Very rare for me to re-buy the same brand in sunglasses but this is pretty cool.

Im a repeat buyer of these types of sunglasses. I wear eye glasses, I'm also light sensitive and i work at night. Sunlight burns! These work driving in direct sunlight, or when sunlight is coming at you sideways. These work so well i don't even use my window sun shades. They sometimes break easily at the hinge when dropped, but sometimes they don't break when dropped and last years. They fit over my eye glasses without making it uncomfortable. I'm pretty rough and careless with these glasses, so I'm surprised that i buy these about once every 2 years, and not multiple times a year. Also, i bought the yellow gunners about a decade ago, they work great for night driving on back country roads and i even still have them in perfect condition. So sometimes they last a good long time even when you're careless with them. My only complaint is that there isn't a case that fits the size of these sunglasses. They don't fit in my sunglass compartment on my dash either. I wouldn't be so rough with them if i had a safe case for them.

I am about four weeks post scleral buckle and vitrectomy and my eyes are still extremely sensitive to light. These glasses work wonderfully over my prescription glasses and block the sun from the sides and the top. They fit over my round glasses and my cat eye ones. Due to the style of the cat eye frames, I have to leave a small bit out at the bottom, but this does not interfere with their effectiveness. The ONLY issue I have is that they’re not completely anti reflective. I do see a little glare, but not enough for it to be a deal breaker. They do fit in a cloth glasses case.

These sunglasses are great for a total blockage of sunlight from all angles. They don't have polaroid lenses, so don't interfere with digital readouts, and are a quick and easy fit over standard sized prescription glasses. I recently noticed that after spending some time in the sunlight my vision was taking some time to return to normal after returning indoors. These cover ups fixed that at a minimum expense, and I can predict will have a lengthy service life since they are not difficult to keep clean using a spray on dish soap and then rinsing. Similar types of these shades are a common item found in the hardware stores for use by workers on construction sites. These offer more coverage and protection than the more popular wrap around styles. Wise Eyewear Cover Ups also offer excellent protection after having eye surgery whether the patient wears prescription glasses or not. They block out all sunlight and help prevent infections from foreign particles floating in the air while the eyes are healing. Wearing them at night while sleeping will force the patient to sleep on their back and help prevent putting excessive pressure on sensitive eyes while they are still healing.

I was looking for glasses that have large tinted panels on the side for when I'm driving. My car sun visors can only do so much! These are perfect. Really happy. I'm going to buy a pair for my mom when she has her cataract surgery.

I recently had cataract surgery. I was given dark glasses at the hospital, but I bought these prior to the surgery. I was very glad I did. These cover up black fit over sunglasses were perfect in the first days after my eye surgery when my eye was very light sensitive. The wrap around feature is particularly great for keeping out light that comes in from the sides. I would highly recommend these for anyone who is light sensitive.
